• where are stored the Update Manager logs

  This has been driving me crazy!

  I get errors trying to analyze a multitude of vcenter server. And get the error:

  «ESX cannot resolve the DNS name of the hotfix shop VMware vcenter update manager.» Ensure that the name of Update Manager server can be resolved from the ESX host"

  Now my ESXi hosts are on the SAME local network in the vcenter server box, which has also installed on the update server and the plugin. It would be REALLY nice to know where the hell are the real papers showing that the vcenter server and Server Update Manager made during this analysis, not to mention ESXi 4.1 logs can show something interesting.

  Ive found a lot of messages on the server vcenter and verisons esxi 3.5 and 4.0, as well as on ESX (not ESXi)

  Ive even looked in the documentation for the ESXi server and vcentre. He said almost all other newspapers, but does not update the log files manager...

  Sorry, I thought you were in 2008. For XP, I think they're under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\Update Manager.

  Honestly, I'm sick and tired of having to find these packages.

  Can sometimes at Microsoft PLEASE do an article that refers to all the runtimes of Visual Studio in one place for each architecture? There are a lot of old applications that do not work due to various missing files from msvcp*.dll and, because it is scattered like Buckshot on the Microsoft Web site, is a royal pain to find.

  Where is Visual C++ .net (2002) redistributable? I NEED msvcr70.dll and msvcp70.dll, but I cant find it and the .net 1.0 framework does not include it, but the .net 1.1 runtime includes msvcp71.dll. This practically laughing at me.

  Whenever Windows is updating the Web site analytics and install updates or patches, it is stored on the location below.
  %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download

  According to different folders of updates is created on the above location.

  To clear the contents of the folder c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, try the commands on the command line below.

  net stop wuauserv
  rmdir /q /s %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
  net start wuauserv
  output

  I have re-installed InDesign CS3 after my hard drive was wiped clean with the re-installation of Windows XP, and I find that some files will not open.  State of the errors that some plug-ins are missing and should be to update the program or plug-ins.  I ran the update for InDesign, but it did not help.  I know not all updates for plug-ins.  Any suggestions?

  I expect to download all the necessary Windows XP drivers for Tecra P10 (PTSB3A) of the website of the Australia and the New Zealand from Toshiba (where this model is marketed). As far as I know Windows XP is supported.

  So I navigate the website in the download section, select this template and it comes up with a list of 51 drivers/software - BUT only 2 are for Windows XP. Where is the rest? Missing is drivers for wireless, LAN, sound, etc. I am at a loss as to where they are... I really need them!

  I have it assumes a new series and not long on the market.

  Maybe drivers Win XP will be published in the hope to let s next time.
  If you n t want to wait, then you might try to gather XP drivers at your own hand.

  I mean, you can try some drivers third 3rd in the manufacturer of the chip.

  Look for the file extension. Probably the mp3. Personally, when I download the music I download it to a folder. I know where it is and just by clicking on the desired pieces open in WMP.

  I would like to help clarify what happens with Revel. Revel does not have the files on your Mac or PC. The only files that moved are those of Photoshop.com to Revel. Cloud - to - cloud. The only way they could disappear from your computer I can think is if you erased them or you had elements of synchronization on your Photoshop.com account and you erased them from Photoshop.com before synchronizing.

  E-mails were sent to users explaining that Photoshop.com was about to be abandoned, and informing users that their files would be migrated to Revel, except if they choose. This was done free of charge so that users have a way to save all their photos (jpg) on the cloud for viewing and sharing without having to go to the effort of archiving and re - download. Additional emails are out more near the time. The opt-out period is over and we are in the photos actively migration transition period of Revel.

  If you had pictures on Photoshop.com and their migration is completed (you will receive an email), then go to adoberevel.com a browser and a connection in the same way that you did it in photoshop.com... with an adobe id (email) and password. Your files will be either in a library called photoshop.com library or in a called library.

  I opened Dreamweaver to school to work on a project for a class... We watched several videos on the basics of Dreamweaver. In the videos, the teacher used a bunch of tools. However, when I opened Dreamweaver in the laboratory, I found that none of the tools are there.

  If they are not in the popup just press SHIFT-9, then you will need to locate them in the browser of character. (shift VARS). Since there is no 23000 + characters in the calculator, chances are they are there. :-)

  Hello paula407, the 6 in 1 card reader shows there: cards 6-in-1 Reader + 2 USB + 1 taken line-in

  This suggests that the card reader has only two USB ports on the front of the system and the other USB ports would be on the back or side of the system.

  I use After Effects for as long as he has been around. How can I help? It is not that experienced professional users do not work in questions, it's just that very few of them are running in things that they cannot resolve once they get a good understanding of the operation of the program. Most of the questions on most forums is people trying to understand the basics. Once you have mastered the tools of the creative process becomes more a function of design and planning software.

  The best way I know to learn After Effects is not browse the forums, but to find very interesting projects online and then try to dissect them and re-create them for yourself. There are several sources for Visual effects advanced and animated graphics. Behamce and Motionographer are two that come to mind.

  If you need help with things technical as the compression, expressions or scripts, then let us know. Otherwise, feel free to ask your questions here. There are a lot of people with a lot of experience who frequent this forum.
