  I don't know if we need to be able to open the folder "Images". I tried, but not go!

  The first thing to do when something does not go as planned, is to check your code for errors. Your page has a large number of errors in the html code needs to be cleaned. • DeskJet 3845: Where'smy printer gone?

  My 3845 printer works OK but need the black cartridge has changed.   I put in a new, but with the printer does not respond so I replaced the cartridge with an another new cartridge.   All I get is the Green LED flashes (or turn it off completely).  The integrated test system does not either.   I checked all the cables, they are OK, but even HP Support Assistant now can't find the printer.  I even tried to reinstall it, but in vain.   No error messages have not shown at any time.   Where should I go from here?

  In a final stand this morning, I turned on my p/c and inserted a third and my last, new tape in my printer.   Blow me down, it turns!   I tried to replace the previous two tapes, but none of them work to return to #3.   However, at least I have a printer working again at the price of one-for-the-price-of-three cassettes.   Oh, well, that's life I guess.   But thanks for all your interest and tries to advise.   Very grateful.

  My understanding is that the audio books (and rings) can not be re-uploaded. You should be able to copy them from your device to your computer and synchronize from there to other devices. Make sure you that always keep a backup.

  Open the location of C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\Office12\

  Find WORD.exe-> right click on it and choose "send to"-> "create a shortcut (desktop).

  For the Word application, you will get a new shortcut on your desktop. Rename the shortcut and drag it on your Start menu...

  or right click on Start menu and select Explorer... Open programs-> Microsoft Office, and then paste the shortcut. This will help you get the shortcut again.

  We have just improved CS6 CC last week. I normally save PDFs in Illustrator by using "file size smaller" preset in the drop down menu. Today is the first time I tried to do since Illustrator CC and all the presets I'm used to seeing are no longer there. How to return please? I hope it's a quick easy fix.   AHA! Find an old thread from 2012-13 in another forum. A military he had assigned the joboptions presets. Copied to those directly in/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Adobe PDF / Settings. Back to Illy presets!

• The tabs in Firefox 4 are hiding my browser themes. Can they be placed UNDER the address bar as it was in Firefox 3?

  Firefox 4 has placed the tabs above the address bar, rather than below (as if it was in previous versions) and the legs are block and hide my browser themes. Is it possible to move the tabs UNDER the address bar? I love being able to customize my browser with a variety of topics, but if I can't see them, then, the purpose of Personas is defeated. I think also, navigate between tabs is much easier to be at the top of the browser window. The address bar must be the head, not the tabs.

  Right-click on a toolbar, and then click the entry "Tabs" at the top to deselect the it.

  I use PS CC on a Mac and I noticed recently that if I set up a RAW import with things as a culture, and then click done rather than to import the file, and then the settings are retained.  I presume that this is held in an xmp file, but I can't find no files of this type to the sides of my RAW file.  Where have they gone?

  You save the Image in Camera Raw preferences settings to save in the sidecar files?   If you have settings to save the Image in your game camera Raw preferences for "Camera Raw database" they will not be saved in xmp files.

  They should be in whatever account that you used when you first imported in unless you remapped the location in iTunes.

  By default, it should be

  Macintosh HD/Users / [your account (original)] / music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Media

  If you have created a new account, they will not be imported on and you should consider them remapping on an account shared if you have more than one account who needs to share these files
