  The range of printers Laserjet do not come with an eFax free account, but if your Laserjet supports the ePrint feature, then it is compatible eFax. I've included the printers supported for eFax for reference. Please note that the Photosmart 6520 Series printers are absent from the Photosmart list.

  Please, do not post your product key.  That said to check the owner's manual, as your computer probably includes a "recovery partition", which you access and use to restore XP provided the factory by pressing one of the keys to fuction (F key) keyboard when you first turn on the computer.

  Try the following to get started:

  (1) backup important data files. Be prepared to re - install your applications.

  (2) restart the computer, when the press of the dell logo displays the computer screen and hold down "ctrl" and press "F11".

  I had to re - install Windows XP SP1a, from a CD of resettlement came with my Dell laptop. This was done because I upgraded the hard drive. This facility went well. I went to the Windows Update site to try to get the SP2 and SP3. The webiste is said to SP2 until you can do SP3. The only version of SP2, I find on the website says that it is for the professionals and see the link for the Service Pack to the simple version. When I go on this link there is no one version. Do I need to install SP2 before SP3? If Yes, where can I find the Microsoft of SP2 version? In addition, the site says that automatic updates SP2 but I checked my Configuration of the automatic updates and it will not take anything in.   Ben,

  I totally agree with PML, you should be able to set up IE and then go to the Windows updates from there, once you get on the Windows Update site it will scan your system and implement critical updates and optional updates SP2 and SP3 should be on the list. It's a way to force an immediate update.

  Junk e-mail is put in a special folder in Winmail opener that you can access and display.  You can go to tools | Junk e-mail options and disable the junk mail filter, but which will leave just go it junk in your Inbox.  Filters spam or phishing filters do not remove the messages themselves.

  I suspect that your problem is with your email provider.  Try to connect to their servers via webmail and you can find junk or the spam filters you can set here, separate from Windows Mail.

  The case, first try to find the executable file for Windows Media Player and create a new shortcut from that.

  1. open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer).

  2. navigate to:

  C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player

  3. find the file named wmplayer.exe and then right-click on it and create a shortcut on the desktop.

  4. test the shortcut.

  If the above does not work, try:

  1. click on Start (lower-left) and then on Control Panel.

  2. click on programs and features.

  3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

  4. look for the entry called multimedia features, expand it, and then *check the box next to Windows Media Player.

  5. click on OK.

  6. restart the PC.

  * If the Windows Media Player box is already checked, uncheck the box , click OK, restart your PC, then do steps 1-6 above.

  Currently, there is no Windows 8 driver for mobile phone Pantech Renue P6030.  However, I download pictures from a Pantech Renue by connecting the mobile phone to a computer with Windows 8.  On the phone screen a menu popped up.  I chose mass storage link that connected to the computer, File Explorer.  From there, I did some limited tasks which enabled me to copy the images on my cloud.  Not all features are on the Explorer of files to allow downloading of all the pictures, but accomplished most of the tasks I wanted to finish.
