  Let us try these methods and check if that helps.

  You can use the restore points for Windows 7 to return to a previous state, when your computer was working properly.

  Hello, does anyone know how to disable the item 'show 'Start' workspace when no documents are open"in the General preferences (11.3 InDesign (version 2015.3) via script or command?):

  

  I'm about to deploy several other parameters with CC2015 via script .jsx in the startup scripts folder; a parameter I did was turn off the frame of the Application (app.generalPreferences.useApplicationFrame = false ;)

  I thought that this setting would hide the workspace of starting, but when the startup script runs this command, instead, I see more buggy behavior, a random window appears with the news of the workspace of departure, and then InDesign freezes completely.

  I have deploy a default file, this setting but really tried to get away from that and would like to find a way to disable this check box with a command or a script...  I searched around the object model and cannot find it.

  Your problem could be solved if you turn off YOUR Application framework in the window Menu.

  Go to window-> part of the Application.

  in Acrobat 11, the scope of the application with toolbars, tools,... was hidden once a document has been closed with CMD + L on Mac. In Acrobat DC, the home window appears when closing a document with CMD + W and I need to touch the same again to hide/close the application framework.

  How could I go back to the old behavior?

  This is how the interface to Acrobat DC looks like.

  I understand that this may seem a bit different compared to Acrobat XI, but it's the way it was designed to show the window of the House after pressing CMD + W

  We need to know when our plugin is no longer used in the GUI. A base case is, the user chooses new project and the project that was using our plugin is closed.
