Unfortunately when I opened my palette (InDesign CS 6 on a Mac), there is no upper and lower part of the page-only the lower part is displayed. When I put my cursor on my pages, it tells me that I "Applied A-master".

  Why not my top shows (A-master and none)? The pages that I don't "Act" like master pages - for example, I can't get past page numbering.

  It looks like the upper part may be in a State reduced - the line was pulled up.

  Just of the cursor on the line that separates the upper and lower sections, and drag it to the bottom.

  Single column for ePub is possible but requires a change of content to include a model appropriate to the Page (xpgt), which is far from a satisfying experience.

  Keep is not possible as ADE.  The closest you will get with Adobe DRM content is either on (not the desktop version) devices or other Nook readers readers RMSDK base such as Bluefire, who usually lead the sweeping gesture, so that you will see the left/right sliding pages.

  You can look the browser as EPUBReader for Firefox plugins to see if they are more to your liking.

  However, I don't see where in the palette Pages I can remove the provision of the replacement. Could someone please explain exactly how to do this (I created accidently a different layout I want any).

  Make sure you have chosen the Pages panel menu > display Pages > by different layout. If necessary, expand the Pages panel so you can see the other layouts. Click on the menu at the top right of the different layout and choose Remove other provision.
