Where is the next pages drop-down list?

Next to the buttons to navigate forward or backward between pages viewed, it used to be that a menu drop-down list but this disappeared.

This means that if I want to go back to a site I visited five pages ago I must now press the back button five times.

It is annoying and can be a problem if one of these pages is interactive. On one occasion, it meant that I actually purchased something twice because I introduced new content of order form when you try to move backward in simple steps.

How can I return the drop-down list?

Make a right-click on the arrow (s) should produce what you want. You can also hold left click down for a few seconds. If you want the marker to fall back, there is a new extension-

    For many versions, adjacent to the arriere-boutons of navigation was a small arrow icon to view the history stack and a way to quickly return several levels. Sorry, this drop-marker was removed in Firefox 4.0 versions in the 'quest' to make Firefox like Chrome (browser-envy). If you click on the unified button, the Web sites ' return / advance "will be displayed.

  • I lost the most views drop-down list under the search bar, it used several times in the same session, and then he just disappeared.

    The drop-down list is / was my part used of any page, use it to access to everything I need. The only other thing I noticed changed it's new green bottom-tab at the top of each page: site Web Safe/number of trackers. I can't get rid of it. Avira virus control icon is on my desktop, but the icon also suddenly appeared on the right side of the search bar. I deleted it because I have it on the desktop. I have no why he appeared suddenly. It is my 3rd session today. I had not changed anything in previous sessions, so don't know why the drop down menu has disappeared.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi Laurent,.

    You can try the below workaround to hide the option "search...". "on the drop-down list.

    -Click on the dashboard to change where the dashboard prompt is present.
    -Add a text object to the page and paste the code below into it.

    -Check that you check the option 'Contains HTML markup'.
    -Save the page and run the dashboard. This should hide the option "search...". ».

    I tried this on IE and obiee version 11.1.1.6.6.

  • Show / hide the text box drop-down list database

    Hi all

    First time post here - wahoo!  :-)  Brand new user of LiveCycle, and so far I'm loving - very cool app!  I am a bit puzzled, however, and hoping someone can help...

    I am using LiveCycle version 8.05 and try to build a form that has a drop-down list with departments in our Organization.  If the user selects the elements 1-5 on my list, I want two other fields at autopopulated (one for the Admin Assistant) and one for Dept Head.  If however the user selects 'Other', I want a text box (it will be hidden the rest of the time) where the person will be able to type in the Department they work for.  For now, I'm only interested on getting the box 'Other' to appear; I'll worry about the other stuff later.

    Elsewhere in my form, I have a functioning drop-down list that displays a text based on the selection field; However, for some reason this logic does not work with the situation described above.

    My code for the working text field is (in JavaScript)

    var

    (sNewSel)
    case "1":
    switch
    {

         TextField6.rawValue = "My text is in here";
    break;
    case "2":

    = "My second text is in here ";

    break;
    "3":

    case

    = "My third text is in here.";
    break;
    TextField6.rawValue

    default:
    }
    break;

    TextField6.rawValue

    sNewSel = this.boundItem(xfa.event.newText);

    After many fruitless hours yesterday, I got only to the extent where the code below; This was more or less copied right out of a post here.  When I click on the drop-down list, select 'Other', the text field is displayed.  I tried the definition of the text field to the times 'Hidden' and 'Visible' through properties of the object, but no luck.  I tried to use IF statements, subforms and anything else I could think of but am getting nowhere.

    var nSubLength = Subform1.nodes.length;
    var
    sSelectField
    for

    {if
    {switch (xfa.event.newText)
    (case "6":
    Subform1.nodes.item(nCount).presence
    break
    default:
    Subform1.nodes.item(nCount).presence
    break
    }
    }
    }
    ;
    = "invisible";;= "visible";((Subform1.nodes.item(nCount).className ==
    "field") &(Subform1.nodes.item(nCount).name== sSelectField))
    (var nCount = 0;
    nCount < nSubLength;
    nCount++) sSelectField = fieldList.rawValue;
    = sSelectField.replace(' ', '');

    Any ideas?  This is very new to me, but I am familiar with other programming languages, and something this simple should not be difficult which leads me to think I'm missing something.

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

    It was easier to create a sample for you... Please see the attachment.  I think that's what you want.

    The code is on the change event of the DDList

  • Where is the text of drop-down hotspots?

    I'm setting up a new project to help and wants to use the drop-down hotspots. We have our documentation translated into several languages and generally send files html for translators. • Format of Date change in the dashboard quick drop-down list

    Hi friends, my dashboard displays a drop-down list for dates, which are in the format "2008-07-01 12:00:00 AM.
    It is defined in sql server datetime data type. Is it possible to change the date format in the swift dash to just '01/07/2008' without doing next database.

    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks and greetings

    Hello... Toony

    In the fast dashboard, you have the option to select for example to show SQL,.

    you write SQL or SQL advanced logic: select cast ("timestampCOLUMN" as the date) of "PresentationLayerName"
    This is a simple way without changing anything beside SPR...
    And if you want that the timestamp column somewhere in some reports you can directly use this column.
    If you don't want you must typecast as the DATE.

    If your question has been answered then put it as answered and mark it as correct... ;)

  • How to restore the search bar drop-down list and the search engine icon today as it was in version FF 33?

    Some ealier time, I managed to go back to the drop down list via editing about: config and setting browser.search.showOneOffButtons to false.

    But yesterday firefox asked me to improve my search and I agreed. After that, I see ugly new tile instead of the drop-down list.

    How can I go back to find it is old menu drop-down appearance?

    "browser.search.showOneOffButtons" was a temporary pref which lasted from Firefox 34 upward through 42 of Firefox. The underlying code that have supported this preference is gone like Firefox 43.

    https://addons.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/ has an option for old search (experimental) in Options of CTR > UI (1)

  • Select the string table drop-down list box.

    Hi all

    I want to select the combo box list based on a string in the entry, I don't know how to do this. I have a drop-down list box and the value comes from a database, what I want to do is I want to change the value of the selected box based on the existing value in the database drop-down list. for example, A, B, C D I strings in the drop-down list box, and then in my database, I have a field with the string C, I want to change the C to A. I can't enter the value of C in a string format, but I don't know how to be the first position of the drop-down list box in so the order of channels combo box will be C, A, B, d., the value of C

    Thank you

    Then just write a new array of strings, with the elements of the new agenda, to the "[] strings" - property.

    Either you must code something that allows you to create an array of strings with the elements in the order that you want them to be. If there is a reorganization only, you could do something like:

    -Get the array of strings [] from the drop-down list using a property node box.

    -Find the position of the element you want to place first and use "delete from table", which returns the new array and the element removed.

    -Build a new table 1 d of the deleted item and table remaining. Move to the second combobox Strings [] property of a node property.

  • Width of drop-down list and the number of drop-down list values

    How to increase / decrease the width of a drop-down list on the screen of your interview? In addition, how you increase the number of menu options drop-down user, some of my options in drop-down list don't show up. This shows only 3 points:...

    For OPM 10.4:

    Increase the number of visible items in a drop-down list

    There are two options:

    1. make a regular drop-down list instead of a list of drop-down list box. Regular drop-down lists always display all items, regardless of the length of the list. To do this, set "enable-search-comboboxes = false" in the appearance.properties file. "

    2. increase in the search results max for the combo box in the file appearance.properties, for example 'search max-results = 20' (or another number as appropriate)

    See article OPM the User Guide for more details: http://docs.oracle.com/html/E54499_01/toc.htm#Interviews%20and%20flows/Customize_Web_Determinations.htm#Change4

    I have a vague memory that the increase in the width of the drop-down lists is a bit more tedious. I'll take a look and post here...

    See you soon,.

  • Add instance with the values of the previous instance drop-down list

    Hi all!

    Need help with javascript.   I have a form that contains a radio button B when you select it, shows a subform.  Inside the subform is a table that contains a drop-down list.  The drop-down list is populated based on a previous option box A, who has been chosen and is a subset of the possible values.

    The user can click a button to create an additional instance of the subform.  It's the new instance is in the original version of the subform, and the drop-down list is not the subset of values.

    How can I get the drop-down list in the added instance view only the subset dropdown values?

    Let me know if you need more information.

    Thank you!

    Jodi

    You need to access the instance of right holders...

    Because you create new instances, you must access them using the method resolveNode()

    You can access the instance by using the 0-based index, if you are in the event to initialize the combo you can simply use 'this' instead of 'Main.PreApproved.Awardees.Table1.Row1.AwardType '.

    When you add an instance to the click event of button:

    var newAwardees = Awardees.instanceManager.addInstance (1);

    newAwardees.presence = "visible";

    newAwardees.Table1.Row1.AwardType.clearItems ();

    newAwardees.Table1.Row1.AwardType.addItem ("prize for Excellence in mentoring Faculty");

    //[...]

    DropDownList initialize event:

    If (this.length == 0) {}

    this.clearItems ();

    this.addItem ("prize for Excellence in mentoring Faculty");

    //[...]

    }

    If you change the value in the option button (which modifies the subset values):

    for (var i = 0, oLen is Main.PreApproved.Awardees.instanceManager.count; I< olen;="">

    var oneAwardees = Main.PreApproved.resolveNode ("Fellows [" + I.ToString + "]");

    oneAwardees.Table1.Row1.AwardType.clearItems ();

    oneAwardees.Table1 "Row1.AwardType.addItem ("prize for Excellence in mentoring Faculty");

    //[...]

    }

    I hope this helps!

  • Form - enter the names of the State/province drop-down list

    Hello again,

    I use Acrobat Pro DC using a MC Pro and I want to create a list drop-down States and provinces on my form. After clicking Properties and then Options, is there a way to enter all state names at the same time instead of adding one by one? I know there are scripts out there, but I thought that I could create the list that I needed from the List of States - 50 AMERICAN States - Canadian Provinces - Australian States - Mexican States - Brazilian - States ListStates.co... and copy and paste them.

    I read on the drop-down lists, but I don't see that he offered to DC Pro. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Thank you.

    Yes, it's possible, but it takes using a script.

    The basic format of this script is:

    this.getField("DropDownName").setItems (["Alaska", "Alabama",...]);

    If you have the items in a text file or a spreadsheet and want to import at the same time you can use a tool like this, I developed, which can be purchased here: Scripts custom Adobe: Acrobat - items import from a text file to a combo box or a list box

    I also offer a free sample with all 50 US States file field drop-down list that you can copy and use in your own file.

  • Count the number of drop-down list items based on the selection

    You will need to get an "account" (in the fields of totals at the bottom) of each of the values/items selected in the drop-down "ddClassification". My drop-down fields are labeled ' ddClassification.0, ddClassification.1... etc.

    Should a loop be involved? Been looking around for the answers but can't really find anything. The values in the drop-down list 'ddClassification' are 'Choose', 'Major', 'Minor', 'OBS', 'OFI '. If I could just get help on one of the "total" fields (for example perhaps the total large field) first then I could go from there. All THE HELP is APPRECIATED! Thank you!

    I have attached a screenshot and here is the link for the form: Dropbox - ASSESSMENT_NOTES.pdf
    Screenshot.png

    Yes, this requires a loop. Here's the Basic code structure, which you can use for the total key, for example:

    var total = 0;
    for (var i=0; i<=4; i++) {
        if (this.getField("ddClassification."+i).value==4) {
            total++;
        }
    }
    event.value = total;

    Place this code in the script to custom calculation of 'txtMajor '.

    Edit: Name of the field max adjusted from 5 to 4...

    Edit #2: Also adjusted the value of "Major" in the value of exports 4...

  • Remove the default value drop-down list

    I am currently working with Acrobat Pro XI version. I want to know if it is possible to remove the default value in a drop-down list.

    When the list less than 4 elements, it is possible to deselect the default value by pressing the spaces below. However, when there are no more elements, it is more possible.

    I read that you need to include white space as a component in the list of elements, however, then you will see an empty list item when people work with the pdf that is not preferable.

    So, nobody how to remove the default value in a drop-down list?

    Thank you!

    OK, I found a perfect solution to my problem by using FormsCentral for Acrobat. Here's what you need to do:

    Step 1:

    -Open FormsCentral

    -Create new form (choose the blank form)

    -Click the drop-down menu to create a new drop-down list

    -Fill out the items in the list by clicking on the timeline (you can also add a label if you want)

    -Click on: file > save as PDF form...

    Step 2:

    -Open the PDF saved (you will now see a blank pdf with a menu drop-down)

    -Click on: Tools > forms > Edit Form (when a pop-up window indicates that you should save a copy of the document in order to make changes, press 'Save a copy' and open the file with Acrobat pdf copy)

    -Select the drop-down list, the drop-down list to copy and paste it into the desired document

    Now you have a drop down without a default choice. Remember that you can not change the items in the drop-down list, because we will choose a default choice and you must use the copy pdf file once again. As long as you do not click on a list item, it is not choose a default choice.

    It is not a perfect solution, but it works for me.

    Good luck and thanks!
