Where is the link for plugin Twain_32.8BA

I sought support for the PS cs5 downloads plugin Twain and can't find it. Help!

This is the information that I received from a KB Doc

  • TWAIN - scanner TWAIN plugin is no longer installed with Photoshop CS5, but is available via Internet download. Supported when running Photoshop CS5 on Windows 32 - bit or 32-bit Mac OS. Also supported as a 64-bit on 64-bit application, Mac OS with scanners that take in charge the 64-bit drivers. The plugin TWAIN scanner is also supported if you run Photoshop CS5 as a 32-bit application on Windows 64 - bit or 64-bit Mac OS.
