  Everyone selling product keys of Windows 7 without the DVD [s] is a crook *.  Microsoft never gave anyone permission to sell the product on their own keys.

  Microsoft don't sell Windows 7 at all [they stopped several years ago].

  A lot of people selling product keys of Windows 7 with DVD [s] is also crooks *.  That's why I explained above on the care that you need to exercise in choosing a provider.

  * These crooks often sell the product keys that work for a while after the installation.  Windows detects invalid product keys later then the scammer will then disappeared into the ether.

  The answer is no. You will not have to buy the Microsoft Windows operating system again.

  You will need to reinstall all of the programs that you put on the machine after the fact, however.

  You don't have to buy new Vista Basic.

  For that you have the license on this PC for the life of this PC.

  Here are the different ways for you to reinstall Vista Basic so that your PC will be back to new condition again.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  And if you have never received a recovery disk when you received your computer there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

  Ask them to the proper key sequence.

  Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

  Legitimate retailers do not sell a product on its own key. Commercial version are sold in a box that includes 2 (32-bit and 64-bit) installation DVD and a card inside the box plastic that has the product key.

  Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft for this purpose the prices are extremely high and some sellers are doubtful, especially if the price is too good to be true.
