Where to find my contract of license creative cloud to teams
I was recently part of a creative cloud existing subscription teams. My Manager asked me to give him a copy of the license agreement. Where can I get that?

You can try to hold down the command key clicking and now on the icon in the dock and under "options" select "show in Finder". This will show you where one of your Adobe applications. The others will be perhaps in the same place?

I bought last night the license creative cloud for students, but it's still not available for download. I can just download the demo version of each application and then once they are installed, a message appears and says buy app! What is the problem? Also, if I try to reboot the adobe id site said that I bought the creative cloud but I have no registered product, no serial number and help it is totally non-existent.

I bought (March 25, 2016) Adobe Creative Cloud for teams with Illustrator (annual membership with monthly payments), but when I looked into products in my accounts Adobe, it's not Illustrator and no serial code, so I can not finish the registration and can only use the trial version. How to remove a license/seat Creativ-Cloud for teams?
There someone now how to remove a seat/user of the creative cloud for teams? I have a unused seat and wants to get rid of it.
It does not seem that Adobe still wants to share this information on the faq. I understand that I must eventually pay anyway, all year
but really, I don't want to pay for this unused seat for the rest of my life...

Creative cloud for teams - second computer will only install as trial version

My company bought Creative Cloud for teams. I use a Mac at work and have installed without any problem there. However, at home, I use a PC (Windows 7) and I tried several times to connect to my creative cloud account and download programs so I can work at home, but every time it loads only programs such as trial versions.
I tried several troubleshooting options with no luck:
- Click on the sign in the window of the trial - but he asked me just a serial number which I did of course not.
- I asked my IT dept work to remove and return my seat invitation, which they did, but it does not solve the issue.
- I asked my work COMPUTER dept to check with the dealer we bought Creative Cloud for teams to know if there is any restrictions or parameters that used to allow to install on a second computer but they said it should be good.
- My teammates to work have installed on their Mac home without any problems, there seems to be only a PC problem.
- I have previously on my computer but uninstalled everything CS6 in the case where this caused the conflict - but it does not solve the problem of CC.
- I uninstalled and used the Adobe cleaning tool, then reinstalled but it doesn't work - the hearing days still held countdown.
- I uninstalled again, use a registry cleaning tool (clean base registry, temporary files, files temporary browser etc), used the cleaning tool Adobe (just to make cleaner) and removed all traces of Adobe from my machine. I reinstalled Creative Cloud Application manager, installed Acrobat to try it. This time, the hearing days returned to 30 (instead of zero). I clicked the "sign" button in, it connect but always requires a serial number.
I tried contacting Adobe via chat but we told him after that some time I would need to talk to Tech Support. My discussions with the Technical Support Adobe in the past have not been successful, so I thought I would ask the forum as my last-ditch attempt to solve this problem.
All suggestions welcome.

Reset the hosts file:
Windows
Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc and then press ENTER.
Right-click on the hosts file, and then select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a window of Finder, select go > go to folder.
Type/etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.
