  The error "cannot be read" indicates that the folder where your photos are to be copied in has no WRITE permission. Change your permissions on this folder.

  I should add that if you operate the account using Pop then messages can be left on the server without any indication that they have been read. You define each customer to leave them on the server.

  However if you don't know what messages have been read, I know not how will you know which ones to delete and when to do it. Without active maintenance your server could quickly become full.

  You did not indicate EO to leave a copy of messages on the server, so when he downloaded from the server, they have been removed from it.  Go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the box leave a copy on the server for the future.

  You have a transformation defined on the SAA named ESP-3DES-MD5? Your crypto card refers to that but I don't see it listed in the config you have posted. I don't have much experience with routers, but is MD5 hashing algoritm (and why it is not)?
