  You can import the bridge.  File > get Photos from camera opens this dialog box, but the unit must be connected and a driver for the webcam is installed.

  Right-click in the toolbar area and make sure that there is a controlled Document, or go to view > toolbars and check it out.

  EDIT: Make sure that you have a document open (even a new white will do it) or options may not appear.
