  This is common with USB drives used on different operating systems. It happens alwaysto me when I use my drive to work (which is managed since my MacBook Pro) on Vista and Windows 7 client computers. Like you, I learned the hard way you must cancel the digitization of Vista/Win7. The only thing to do at this stage is to connect the player to a computer that can read the files OR use the software of data recovery on it to get the files. I believe that Recuva can do it for free. Format the Flash DRIVE, then start again. Either way, you don't want to use a USB key as a single backup of important files because - as you have unfortunately discovered - stuff happens.

  I've seen other posts on this topic. Nothing seems to work, so I thought I would explain my situation.

  The machine is new. Win7 64 bit company. The problem I see is that I try to load some versions of Visual Studio on the new machine. However, none of the discs auto-run using my local internal DVD drive. They all have a Readme file with the message "this disc contains a"UDF"file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346"UDF"file system specification."

  I know that the discs are good, I used the on my old machine, and I can always use them on other machines I tested.

  The real kicker here is that I can plug an external USB DVD drive... and then the local drive starts to read the installation discs! It's like making this action allows something else in the machine.

  Also, I even restarted the machine mode of diagnosis (without external DVD drive attached)... and restart, the drive would read the installation discs. BUT when I do a full stop and then turn on the machine upward, the local drive gives me the same readme file. Again, it is as if something gets activated, and then reset to a complete stop.

  I am at a loss of what to check then. Real head-scratcher, because I know the drive works and the machine can recognize the drive and even read installation discs.

  I do not have the applications installed on the machine of DVD burning, so I don't think there is a conflict.

  Any suggestions are welcome.

  ASM is a logical volume manager, it is not simply a set of file system.

  ASM allow you to connect or Disconnect (add or remove) disk when the Oracle database is running by using the simple SQL statement. I think it is a strong point for the DSO.

  Verify if the Volume Shadow Copy Service, the System Restore Service is started and set to automatic
  a. type Services.msc into the Start Menu search box, press ENTER.
  b. make sure that the Volume Shadow Copy Service is running and set to automatic.
  c. If the State of the System Restore Service is not started, start it. Also set this to automatic if it is not.
  d. restart the computer and check.

  Method 2:

  If still face problems, and then you try to run a SFC scan to check all corrupted files.

  I was not able to create new folders in my pictures public library recently. Whenever I do, I get a message from file system error 512.

  A forum sponsor said that Windows 7 had a limit of cable of 50 folders under the images. Even though I've had 61 cases, which kind of contradict that response, I went before and tidy up until now I have only 39 files directly under the images. However, the problem persists.

  Just for the record, I also did a registry cleaning, obviously have restarted, etc.

  Any ideas out there would be more appreciated.

  I get this error when I try to download the file more then 10 times. I searched in the forum about this error and I found a possible reasons are connections of files is not properly closed. I've done this work (average I closed all the files connection I used), but still I get this error

  There are two issues here, I suggest that we focus on one, which is the file system off affects.

  As mentioned, it is for the most part cuased by a bug in your code to download where you use too many connections.  I say probably, but not certain.  But let us exclude.  .

  You close the connection of files and any other flow do you use in a finally clause in this thread?  (you know, try/catch/finally block)

  You say that you have closed connections, but how do you know that you have?  Logging you in something for each open and close?

  As noted you initiate a new Thread for this.  How many of these Threads are you trying to run at the same time?

  I have a Mac OS X 10.6. My wife has a Windows computer running Microsoft Outlook Express 6. When I send an e-mail with attached jpeg files, it does not receive them as .jpg files but as images. As far as I know, everything is fine on my end; There is nothing I can do to change the way I place attachments to my e-mails. What can be done at the end to receive the .jpg files correctly?

  OE automatically displays the images attached at the end of the messages.  JPEG files are images.  She can go to file | Save attachments to save the images, but they are displayed automatically when it is attached.

  I use Oracle RAC 11 g R2 + ASM.
  I am new to RMAN, but I am trying to build daily tasks to do below:
  
  1. backup of my database to the FRA located on ASM diskgroup + FRA.
  2. at the same time I want to save my database for Network File System (NFS) to be taken by system administrators to an archive location that I can't access. Since according to my knowledge can't copy files to ASM for outside... so for this I'm planing to use the command format of the NFS mount point.
  3. on daily basis in the NFS file will be taken by a work (that I am not responsible for) to the Archive, and then it will be purged from this location.
  4. I am planing to have my windows of 15 days retention strategy.
  5. on every day, I am planing to cross check my backup and then delete the expired so that taken from NFS in the journal of the archives is deleted.
  
  The RMAN I am planing to run it on a daily basis are:
  

  backup incremental level 0 cumulative device type disk tag 'FULL_DB_INCR_LV0' database; -- this will be to the default location (+FRA)
  backup incremental level 0 cumulative device type disk tag 'FULL_DB_INCR_LV0' database format 'NFS/oracle/backup%U';--another copy to be taken to the archive location
  crosscheck backupset;
  delete expired backupset; -- this will delete the backups taken to the Archive location

  Now my questions:
  
  1 what good solutions? take account of the fact that I need backup on the file system of the operating system so that the jobs of system administrators take the backup of their archives.
  2. If a backup is needed, I use CATALOGUE START WITH to recover and then recover.

  I think that this would be ' rename a Datafile in the primary Database.

  If you don't rename the data corresponding to the watch system and then attempt to refresh the database backup control file, the standby database will attempt to use the data file renamed, but it will not enter into it. (the change is not propagated to the database pending)

  See Section 8.3.4 rename a data file in the primary database in the Document Oracle B14239-05 (Oracle10)

  This is a step by step on how to handle this.

  I write my first extension for dreamweaver. My extension should backup the data on the local file system of the user. I know that I can use DWfile.read () and DWfile.write () as described in Chapter 2 of the Dreamweaver API reference. I store the data using the XML format. What is the best way to read and parse the XML data in the file? What is the best way to write the XML data in the file?

  If you recommend one format other than XML, I'm open to suggestions. The data are only a few configuration information for the extension which should be persisted.

  How will the data be used? If it is used by JavaScript, use JSON format which includes js. If you use XML, then you will need to find an XML parser to read the data.
