  In Dreamweaver MX, I used to import .swf files, view, and they worked, in Dreamweaver, and on the web. But try outside of Dreamweaver CS3, I import swf files do not seem to work for me. Obviously they are there when I discovered the Dreamweaver page, but they do not play in any browser. Obviously, something has changed. What? What should I do to get a .swf file to play?

I have re-installed the Dreamweaver CS3 software, so that now all my files are no longer in the right management of Dreamweaver Panel. My site as a whole is saved on a hard drive. It seems that one should be able to import GOLD, even reglisser the entire site (all files) to the existence in the right panel. My 900 + pages manual says nothing about this work. My server host (HostGator) has me download FileZilla for help, yet, so I'm not a computer person will have a difficult time to get more. Anyone have any experience with that can offer assistance? It would be most appreciated. Thank you!

  Go to Site > new Site > DW to tell it where your Site on your hard drive folder.

  I entered a SWF in a site dreamweaver with a dark blue background. When you view the site in a browser, there is a white square (the size of the flash file) which flashes for one second before the file begins to load. It is rather ugly and I was wondering if anyone knew how to avoid this white square of flashing to the top.
  I tried already to make the bottom of dark blue table and adding a dark blue square as a background image, but that didn't make a difference.

  It would probably be easier to do it using Photoshop, but it can be done. You must use the module printing and in the area of setting page where you configure your printer driver, you need to define a square paper size. Then you can place your image on this model and then print to a file that will create a JPEG image.

  This code seems, most of the time.  By V 'Empty' capital, I can say that this is ActionScript 2.0, so the 'const' keyword is going to be a problem (const is for constants, which is not available to ActionScript 3.0).  Change the var, and you should be fine.  Personally, I wouldn't use an empty loop (e.g. for(;;)) to kill the film.  Why not just ask the user with a message?

  I noticed that your test numbers for July 1, 2009, which is disabled in the future to this day.  When you test this, you need to change your computer clock - which is an easy way for users to bypass this mechanism, unfortunately - or use different values while you test.

  FireFTP is not compatible with the latest version of firefox. I really, really need to upload files to an ftp site. I use it often and it's a big problem that I can't do it now. Is there another way to do it? Another piece of software? Something built into Firefox 6?

  I develop an application that publishes data (a file) to an FTP site. The files will be then handled by tihe site owner who will leave a response file in a directory on this FTP site. My application get this response file or offer the opportunity to select an answer particular file wthin this folder. How can I test to see if the answer file exists or find this folder to find the file. All this happens to my application. Can anyone help?

  Since the white box then emerged on the Internet, I strongly suspect malware.  Anytime something happens while online, it is the prime suspect.  Try running a good scan online even if you have security software such as yours could have been compromised.  Here are two options:

  Also download, install and run Malwarebytes from Malwarebytes.org.  It of free and is one of the most reliable sources for malware protection.

  If who does not find any, try to restore the system to a point in time before the problem started:
  To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:
  Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs.
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.
  In the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.
  In the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.
  Click Finish.
  The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.
