I'm stuck. The system recognizes my email address but not the password. When I click on "lost password", it asks me to submit the email associated with my account and goes no further. What I am doing wrong?

You can always contact HP Cloud Service Support directly by calling 1855-785-2777.
Recently HP merged a few sites including snapfish with eprintcenter and this site because of some problems for some users. You will need to do is go to www.snapfish.com and click on forgotten password and change it. Then, you should be able to go back to your eprintcenter.com site and connect you using your email address and the password you changed just to snapfish.
