  You will see a menus.xml file here - it is a backup copy of the actual menus.xml file that uses DW.

  Copy it from this folder, paste 1 level above (in the file menu).

  Hello. I have an epson photo RX500 and I am running Windows 7. I had an earlier version of elements and yesterday I installed 9. Initially the program analyzed correctly.
