Why am I being charged per month when the subscription is per year?

I have subscribed for the creative composition of Cloud (a year), said the payment to $49.99

Why is that what I am accused of $49.99 per month? instead of by year?

If this will continue, and I will be charged per month $49.99, I want to cancel my subscription, because it was not what I subscribed to

In this regard I would like to learn more about how to get a refund that I was charged correctly since February 2015

You probably did not read the details of the subscription during your registration.  The $49.99 is a per month charge.  You can pay for the whole year, but the price is much higher (multiplication times 12 for an approximate expenditure of $50).
