  Can't you see it's not "SECURE" in the title bar for documents where the tools are grayed out? If you do, which would indicate that the document has been password protected and perhaps editing restrictions.

PDf is a file and can be seen by anyone who has access to \the hard shore on your computer. If I don't have access to your computer I can't see it. If you download this PDF on a Web site, anyone with access to this Web site can download your PDF and can see it. If you send me the PDF file I can see it.

Each PDF recipient must have the digital ID with the private key installed on his computer. You get the certificate with the public key that you include on the encryption.

  I noticed several times during internet browsing or listening on itunes, the music will momentarily be distorted.  If I watch a movie on my PC, the strain will also hit not synchronized sound with video.  It can get really annoying.  Also, during the game Battlefield 3, distortion will occur from time to time and make the game stutter for a while and continue as usual.  Any ideas why this happens?

  I'm running on a Pavilion h8-1020 HPE intel Core i7 - 2600 S and an EVGA GeForce GTX 560 graphics card upgrade.  Nothing is Overclocked and that the system works McAfee Total Protection and Iolo System mechanic as the only programs running with the problems mentioned above.  Also, I was getting distortion before even the video card upgrade.

  You might have a HD audio conflict. Very well known if you install of Nvidia HD audio drivers when using onboard audio. Do not install the Nvidia HD audio drivers or disable them in Device Manager.

  When you apply a master page with breakpoints to another page, the breakpoints are displayed as markers of white triangle. All you need to do is add your breakpoints in the same place as markers.

  The reasoning behind this is likely that sometimes the content of the page should be changed more than the constant elements in the master.
