  You either do not have Java installed or you have disabled it in modules > Plugins. See if you have Java Platform SE installed version number here. If there and disabled, click on the 'Activate' button and try the site again. If this isn't the case, install Java.

  What security software you have on the laptop?

  Open windows control panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, click the "Reset" button, then click apply and then click OK.  Restart the computer and see if that helped.

  If it is not, on another PC, download the FirefoxInstaller, this transfer to your laptop and install it. -you still have the same problems to download using this browser?

  Another option to try is the following.

  Judgment of the laptop. Tap here to f8 start you toward the top access to the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with network" and press ENTER.  Let windows fully load in this mode and see if you can now access the internet and download - only choosing a site known 'safe' such as Microsoft and HP that your security software will not work in this mode.  To exit Safe Mode, just restart the laptop in the usual way and Windows does not start normally.

  If it is not a question of Restrictions, it could be a problem with the network settings on your iPhone.

  Well, first of all – Windows Movie Maker 2.6 is for Windows Vista.  If you managed to make it work on Windows 8 - which is not supported by anyone and if you use Windows Vista: wrong forum.  ;-)

  For some reason, my Photosmart HP 7510 will not postage on the site of the UK Royal Mail Print. Whenever I ask him to print, it spits out a blank page. The postage is displayed in a page in Safari.

  There is an answer for this. And it is called video display Style Track.

  Look to the left of the where it says 1 video. You should see a bunch of film looking for icon. It can be enabled to give 4 different styles

  a. vignette an image to the far left

  b. no thumbnails, just a vertical line crossing

  c. all thumbnails across

  d. a miniature at the beginning and the thumbnail of an image at the end

  I checked. First Elements 7 has this offering of video display Style track, but the icon looks differently (but it is in the same place as the equivalent of the film in Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1.
