• Why can I not see details of the metadata in the panels to the right edge in the workspace "Essentials"?

  After using the bridge successfully for years, a weird problem occur. When I use my usual way, by using the workspace Essentials or a personalized version of this, I cannot see the metadata information (or sees only partially) nested inside each of the tabs - file properties to the Exif camera data to alter history.

  See the screenshots below. It seems that the formatting has been changed to align with the right side instead of the usual left edge which moves when the Panel is moved from the text. I've done the obvious things but did not a complete uninstall/reinstall, partly because I can't take the time or the risk other problems right now. I use CS6 now; the next step will be to CC.  Anyone has any suggestions for a fix of the reinstall? Thank you!

  I can pull the right panel window much more to the left to reveal all the metadata, but I lose all real estate for the thumbnails. This is clearly a sign of something wrong:

  You expand the Panel by dragging the border of the Panel, so you can see the two columns of text in the metadata Panel.

  Then, place the cursor on the small space between the two columns of text in the metadata Panel, NOT the border of the Panel. The cursor turns into a bar with arrows. If you drag it to the left, the left column should get closer and the wider right column.

  When the left column is the right size, take the edge of the Panel and reduce it to its original size. The right column of the metadata text must always be visible because the left column is smaller.

  I'm all out of words.

• Why can't I download files from the internet?

  My laptop is not download internet files, be they games or files from a trusted site, or even Word documents sent to my email address. I can start the download, but it never ends, and when I discover what is downloaded, the file will be on the list, but nothing happens. I have Windows 7, and it is a new problem.   What security software you have on the laptop?

  Open windows control panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, click the "Reset" button, then click apply and then click OK.  Restart the computer and see if that helped.

  If it is not, on another PC, download the FirefoxInstaller, this transfer to your laptop and install it. -you still have the same problems to download using this browser?

  Another option to try is the following.

  Judgment of the laptop. Tap here to f8 start you toward the top access to the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with network" and press ENTER.  Let windows fully load in this mode and see if you can now access the internet and download - only choosing a site known 'safe' such as Microsoft and HP that your security software will not work in this mode.  To exit Safe Mode, just restart the laptop in the usual way and Windows does not start normally.

  In Flash Pro, Movieclip symbols do not show the animation embedded in their timeline and the complete animation can only be viewed using test movie.

  If you change the type of graphic symbol instance in the properties panel, you can preview nested animation as well. (Make sure that the frame interval where your graphic symbol is placed is long enough to show the entire animation).

• Why can't drag an image in the timeline as I used to?

  I do an animation of cartoons. Normally I open windows Explorer and drag an image of it on the timeline. I left my open project and came back a few hours later. When I tried to drag an image in there, he would not go. I restarted my computer and tried with another project. It still does not work.

  It turned out that the problem was that my default image length has been low. I have set up to 0.5 seconds of 0.1 second. It worked fine after that.

• Why can't drag a clip in the timeline?

  I just loaded PP CD5 on my Win 7 laptop.  Can I import video clips into my project, but I can't drag one of these clips in the timeline.  When I try and do slip, I get a helping hand with a symbol of the "no entry".  No error message any.

  I vaguely remember having this same problem when I loaded PP CS5 on my Win 7 office several months ago, and I thought I found something on the forums who told me how to fix it, but I can't find it now.  Maybe a change in preferences?

  Have you actually created a sequence? If not, go to file > New > sequence, or drag one of your video clips to the icon of a new element at the bottom of the project Panel. You can also click on that to get the option new sequence.

• What happened to Flash? Why can I not see it among the CP for download options?

  I believe - if I not mistaken - that Flash used to be part of the CC package. Now, not only do I not see it any where in the Adobe Web site at all, I can not find where and how to download to my computer. I thought it was included in the package... Where at - it go?

• Why can I not see my theme the entire module?

  A lightweight theme (Persona) styles of interface user with a background image is 3000 x 200 pixels by default, so you probably lose some of them.

  You would need more vertical space to see at least more see his image, then make sure that all the toolbars are visible.

  • Firefox '3-bar' menu button > customize > show/hide toolbars
  • View > toolbars
    Press the ALT key, or press F10 to display the Menu bar

  Some features, such as scheduled tasks are only available with vCenter.  If you are using a standalone ESXi Server, you will not have the scheduled tasks feature.
