Whenever I log in, I click on 'manage my account', then below highlighted in blue, I click on "cancel my subscription". This company needs to create a system where consumers could easily contact customer, not not being swung around in circles.

  Try to cancel the subscription by using any other browser, apart from the one you already use.

  Also try to reset the settings of the browser and delete the cookies before you try to cancel the subscription online

  It does not help me in LR and I want to cancel, but now I tells me I have to pay up to 50% of the one year subscription.   An I've dealt with before adobe and they overcharged me for a product, and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. But they refund my money... so I thought I would give them another chance, but never again.

  It's very annoying. I had cancelled my subscription in March and Adobe still withdraw money from my account. I tried to do it through manage my account / online and cannot be done.
