Why can't I talk to a real person at Adobe?

When you try to get answers to problems, Adobe sends you in circles on their Web site, and he always sends you back to chat or forums.

When you are in chat, you speak with a real person.

When you are trying to contact a weekend, you're less likely to get the attention of the chat or phone help because they do not work on weekends.
