  I have a few apps that I deleted from my iPhone, which always appear in iTunes, but I won't want to recharge. I tried pointing out the apps in iTunes and pressing the button Delete key, either change and delete, but none of these options work. The Edit menu has no option of deletion, and cut is grayed out.   When you say "iTunes" do you mean "iTunes Store"?  Impossible to delete purchases in the store, only to hide them.

  What security software you have on the laptop?

  Open windows control panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, click the "Reset" button, then click apply and then click OK.  Restart the computer and see if that helped.

  If it is not, on another PC, download the FirefoxInstaller, this transfer to your laptop and install it. -you still have the same problems to download using this browser?

  Another option to try is the following.

  Judgment of the laptop. Tap here to f8 start you toward the top access to the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with network" and press ENTER.  Let windows fully load in this mode and see if you can now access the internet and download - only choosing a site known 'safe' such as Microsoft and HP that your security software will not work in this mode.  To exit Safe Mode, just restart the laptop in the usual way and Windows does not start normally.

  According to exactly how you imported the files it is possible that you copied with the files defined in read-only.

  Search for one of the problem of the files in the Finder, right (or control), click on the file and select information.  Check the area of sharing & permissions.

  I do it with a G4 OS Tiger and the Mavericks MacBook by plugging into an Ethernet jack on my router and by enabling the sharing of files on the G4 in System Preferences > sharing.  If items are placed in a folder called 'Public', it can be read by anyone on the network by logging in as a guest. Otherwise, if I login with my user ID on this computer I get access read/write for all of my folders.
