Why dialog boxes open for javascript actions at startup after a batch of bridge operation?

I have a very simple script (written in javascript) which reproduces the current document and

because of a few other manipulations.  I also recorded an action that runs this script.

When I run the action manually, everything works great.  When I run the action through the

batch in bridge, each operation in the script displays the dialog box associated with.

Obviously I am missing something, but what?

Make sure you have this line at the beginning of your script...

app.displayDialogs = DialogModes.NO;

  • Skillbuilders modal dialog box - condition for the parent page dialog box

    Hello

When you use this great plugin, I have a dynamic action on my calling page that deals with the selection of the dialog box.
    It uses
    Select the type object: DOM
    DOM object: document
    Condition: expression javascript
    ($v ('P110_PROD_SEARCH') is 'BLAH')
where the js expression is to ensure that I run the correct dynamic action, especially when I have a few buttons on the page referring to different variants of the modal dialog box.

My first action is some javascript which questions the value of
    this.data.modalPageCloseValue
It helps me to make decisions in subsequent actions on the opportunity to execute some pl/sql, for example

In the light of a recent issue of my about a possible bug APEX (displayed with HTML item affected by the dynamic action and since we cannot put conditions on measures - I was wondering if I could incorporate something in my condition of dynamic action to stop all the dynamic enforcement action if modalPageCloseValue is null - but it seems to be out of reach?)

    Scott

    Scott,

    Ah, of course, use this:

    $v('P110_PROD_SEARCH') == 'BLAH' && this.data && this.data.modalPageCloseValue

  • Performance Options dialog box opens automatically at startup

Since I've upgraded to Windows 7, the performance Options dialog box opens every time that I reboot.  He seems to be indicating that I have no file exchange of value.  I edited this dialog box in every way that I can think - choose to automatically manage paging file size, defining a custom format, etc. and changes I made seem to be accepted.  However, the next time that I reboot, it becomes the performance Options dialog box.  Help!

Let me mention that I posted this question a couple of days but I received no answer. I searched the forum for my question and did not find it therefore assumed it was not posted. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

    Hi Sgmellen,

Welcome to the Microsoft answers site.

This could be a problem if advanced security file [AFS] also known as the Andrew File System option is enabled on the computer, disabling this option help you solve the problem.

Follow the steps to disable the option below:
    1. click on Start.
2 type CMD.exe in the search to start.
    3. right click the command prompt.
    4. click on run as administrator.
    5. type the following command: sc config afs start = disabled [Note that there is no space after the start, but there is a after =].

Now, restart the computer and check if the paging files mentioned above always appears at startup or not.

  • How to fix dialog box opens with Adobe first Elements.exe - no disk

I bought Adobe Photoshop and first elements 13 and s/n.

    I have a desktop running Windows 7.

I installed Photoshop and Premiere Elements as a trial and entered s / n as required.

I can open Photoshop without problem.

Whenever I try to open the first items, a dialog box opens with this info.

Adobe first elements.exe - no disk

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disc into the drive\device\harddisk1\dr1.
    Buttons-cancel, try again or continue

I want to solve this problem.

    Any help is appreciated,

    William

    William

What you describe is a known problem with the elements first 13/13.1.

Adobe gave us the solution that seems to be deleting the OldFilm.AEX file.

    Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit

    Local disk C

    Program Files

    Adobe

    Adobe Premiere Elements 13

    Plug-ins

    Commune

    NewBlue

and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable by renaming the file OldFilm.AEX in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

Please let us know if it works for you, because it has for others.

    Thank you.

  • How to continue rendering of the transition with the custom dialog box open

    Hello

I'm working on a plugin for some transitions custom (currently for CS6/CC on Windows).

I use a custom dialog (hasCustomDialog in PiPL) during the esSetup box to define the transition parameters. While the dialog box is open, first execution is suspended until the dialog box is closed.

The problem is, if I'm fiddling with the settings I do not see the changes in the program monitor and I don't get any comment first.

I tried to make the dialog non-blocking, but then first did not executives when I changed something in the dialog box.

Anyone know if it is possible to maintain the dialogue and still have first actively updating the display?

    Kind regards

    Philipp Stelzer

But I want to keep the dialog box open to see the changes directly without opening the dialog box whenever I want to change a value. Is this possible with a custom dialog?

It is not the case.  But using the AE API with extensions of the transition, you should be able to achieve the same thing, with the effect controls panel, containing all your effects settings.

  • How can I configure the dialog box open to show details by default?

By default, the open dialog box always opens in list view. I want that it is displayed in the details view and I want to rearrange the columns as well.

Is it possible to change the default layout of the open dialog boxes in Windows? I expected to work like the Windows Explorer, but it does not work.

It should do, in fact.  I just tested here with Notepad.

    1. Open Notepad and click file/open
    2. Change the style or the size of the icons (I put it "Extra large icons")
    3. Clicked on cancel
    4. File/open again and I have observed that the icons were always great like last time.  I changed them will be list.
    5. I closed and opened the dialog box "Open" once more and has pointed out that the icons are still in list view.

Given this test, I think that it must be based on the program that you are using.

    Using Acrobat Pro 9.5.2

I have a two page form. I want to only print page 2 of the form to a mouse button event. I thought that I had previously used:

    This.Print ({bUI: true, start: 1, nEnd: 1});

But what causes the dialog box print to open the PDF file is opened. What I don't have the dialog box opens when you click the button on page 2?

    Thank you, Mike

You must place the code in the MouseUp event of this button, not to integrate

It is in the form of script at the level of the doc.

  • dialog box open Illustrator cc2014 will not work yosemite

I have a Macbook Pro retina 2014 with a new installation of Yosemite and creative cloud, after some time, when I used the open dialog box for 4 or 5 times to open documents, this dialog box no longer works, I have to leave, and then reopen the Illustrator application, the shortcut does not work either. Does anyone have this problem before?

When I was on the Mountain Lion, I never had this problem, I guess it's related to Yosemite.

    Gelouis,

I think this is a bug in CC2014, that appears when you open Illustrator / place dialogue together for display column and sort by date or sort by kind. You can adapt it to display by name or a list of point of view.

Yes, it is a dialogue of BONE, but Photoshop does not display icon or image - that is, until the BONE and shell extensions, that you have added.

Most likely one of your shell extensions (to provide icons) has a bug.
