Why do I have purchased it?

Having used Windows all my life, I decided that I had to make the transition and finally get a Mac computer. I am a web developer and designer, and everyone in the company uses Apple products.  There are several applications that I looked forward to use and also the simplicity of one architecture linux to work with.  I therefore decided to go big and get a 27 "iMac and a Macbook Pro.  It was a small fortune, but I thought I'd use them a lot.  My iMac has been a nice little work horse even if right after purchase from Apple came out with the k of 5 screens.  I'm really disappointed in the Macbook Pro if I wish I never bought it.

1. basic models should not be sold -j' bought a model of basic thinking that an investment of more than $1,200 would be make me all that I needed. I was wrong.

2. memory is much too low - my macbook came with only 4 GB of memory.  Thinking it would be enough at the time turned out be a huge mistake.  Try opening Photoshop and a browser, and a slow, it blocks.

3. non extensible - Apple welds virtually everything to the motherboard now.  I can't upgrade memory, HARD drive or anything.

4 processor is overpriced - previously, I bought a HP laptop which came with an i7 processor that was almost as expensive as this i5.  You want to upgrade to i7? Pay a lot more money.

5. suck graphics - Intel Iris? Try to run anything graphic intensive and watch it by sputtering and pass it along.  You want a Radeon card? Double the price that you are willing to pay.

6. the guarantee is laughable - 90 days and a year? I just bought the Cadillac of computers and I get 90 days to a year? PC factory offer 3 years in some cases.

7 ports Ports Limited - every product that came out has less and less.  Get ready to buy a dongle for everything.

8 price gauging? -in the end you really put in doubt which is so expensive? It is made in China as all other systems. The same Intel hardware is too expensive and memory is 10 x more expensive. The operating system? No, it's just real closed Linux friendly and tight. The design? Maybe it's cool to look at. I think so.

BONUS - monitors - Apple You say fired on a fortune for a Mac Pro and you want a Mac monitor, well guess what? Their monitor Thunderbolt is 5 years old.  No. 5 k. Nothing. I bought one at the thought of work so that their screens are what they are known. It is complete garbage.  It is $ 999, 50 lb brilliant piece of crap.

I thought that I would be impressed, but ultimately, I feel like I was scamming.

It's your choice to buy something unsuitable for your needs. Why blame Apple.
