Why encoder first and media import .avi files

I am trying to edit videos in .avi format, but first will not support, so I went to the media encoder to change the format, but who also won't let me import the files. What can I do about it? Furthermore, I have the trial version CC for the two

[Left the forum Cloud/Installer generic for program specific forum... MOD]

I had about bet that those who are VFR... rate variable... and PrPro is only stable CFR edition... constant cadence. Your are welcome, to report a bug/feature on it as if I do not use this material, MUCH as you do, some international competitions of the games work with a budget of hundreds of thousands USD... work definitely 'pro '.

https://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/mmForm/index.cfm?name=wishform

Now... to work in PrPro, Handbrake can convert... and Yes to convert the audio also, there is an option "preserve original" on the auto program that involved many people upward, as if the sound is VFR and the CFR video then it does not work either.

  • can not import avi files in the pse12 catalogue

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with import avi (my Nikon D5000 video files) in the catalogue of PSE 12.

Windows 7 SP1 with all updates.

The camera is a Nikon D5000

    type of file is AVI

Whenever I go to import an AVI (my SD card or my HARD drive) Organizer comes up with the message that it has stopped working and windows is looking for a solution.

I don't shoot much video so it is not a big concern, but it used to work in previous versions of the EP.

Any help with this issue is appreciated.

    Ray

I found it does not take much for the organizer of items 12 to shake an organizer of items received to close the message.

Are you sure that there is one on a relationship between your import .avi files in the catalog and the message?

I checked online and found that your camera is probably the record to give you the video files in MotionJPEG.avi. This can be a problematic format in time (especially on the forehead of Premiere Elements). Your camera is equipped with a utility that could introduce the video codec? Sometimes it's a draw on the question of whether the video codec is installed compared to the failure of the program to recognize.

    Later.

  • Crash Adobe first and Media encode

    Good evening

When I export a Media Encoder first film, first Media Encoder crashes.

Is there anyone who has gone through this too?

Today I installed a new GeForce GTX 650Ti and it does not solve the problem.

I am on Windows 7 Professional

Hope someone can help out me.

    Best regards, Wim

Your colleague Dmitri Tikhonov has the solution for this problem. It had to do with Quicktime Player.

The solution proposed to Dmitri was:

    1. Uninstall Quicktime player

2 re - install Quicktime player

3 start SOUL while holding the SHIFT key while loading.

    And now it works fine!

Thank you all and especially Dmitri to solve the problem!

  • NTI and media importer

Just installed NMH405, importing of media does not connect and NTI Shadow is unable to load ninja.dll

Could not import all of the files to NMH405 using the import tool

Cannot run back to the top

Could not map network drive to NMH405

Cannot access NMH405 with friendly name

Can access NMH405 with IP address

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Ken

Your media importer does not connect? Can you elaborate on that?  You click 'Switch Media Hub' and enter the IP address of the media center before pressing "Connect"? What the firewall on your computer? Moreover, the import tool can import the following file formats.

    • Music .mp3, .wma, .m4a, .aac, .lpcm, .ogg, .flac, .ac3, .mpa, .aif
    • Pictures .jpg, .png
    • Videos .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .avi, .wmv, .divx, .3gp, .asf, .xvid, .m1v, .m4v

I think that you were not able to access the media through its friendly name pole then it could be the reason why you are having problems importing and both backup tools. Try changing the default friendly name (mediahub) and then customize it back again and see if you are able to access it at the moment. Alternatively, you can try to check if your router uPnP is enabled.

NTI Shadow could not load a DLL file? I tried to load DLL on my Hub Media files by using the backup tool, and I was able to do. The problem on this particular DLL file only?

As for the problem of mapping, you got, you can try this first. Linksys ID 17140 response. For the folder name, you can try one of these share folders from BACKUP, FTP and MEDIA.

    Keep us informed.

Installation of QuickTime (latest version) on your computer with Premiere Elements (any version) is a requirement. The obvious conseqence of not to do so is the lack of QuickTime presets for export to QuickTime and other problems. Pronounce 'other problems' since you don't have QuickTime installed at all!

"You have QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?" is usually the first to break into the troubleshooting. But, I think that what seemed to be the MotionJPEG usual problem may have led us to take too much for granted.

We can pass a few ways at this point... but it can take care of a few directions at the same time...

Download and install MPEG Streamclip and QuickTime Alternative 1.81 from the same site mentioned. Allowing you to make conversions MotionJPEG, and the version of QuickTime will cover you for the Premiere Elements work. Then try MotionJPEG conversion, but also try to import your original MotionJPEG.avi in Premiere Elements, which now has the support of QuickTime Alternative 1.81.

If the problem in the first place was the lack of support for QuickTime for Premiere Elements, then you will know that you have two choices...

    Conversion

    or

The use of Premiere Elements with the help of QuickTime (1.81 Alternative or the last regular version).

    Looking forward to your results.

    Thank you.

  • Could not import avi files

For some reason, I can't import files into Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 4.2.1 version .avi video

Whenever I do, I have to play and get an audio track of calm and of poor quality with the video track showing the first 10 ms of the video in the space of three minutes.

In my view, that it must be a codec problem, but I spent hours on other forums trying countless ways for this correction but had no resolution of this very annoying problem.  Help, please!

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit with an Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.00 GHz (my processor is not to blame) and 4 GB of RAM.

    Thanks in advance!

    * Note: There is no file created with the .avi files .xmp, yet all my .mpg files have a file .xmp matched with her after his importation to first.

Go to google, type 'free video converter'. This is the first link that appears... "' Free Video Converter - any Video Converter Free Version. This works very well for me and converts the video in its entirety with no logo. Let me know if it works for you.

  • How to combine video and audio in avi file

I acquire my 1394 camera video image and acquire sound of my computer microphone, which is good and done separately.

But I need to combine these two files (audio-> wav, video-> avi) in a single avi file in the run-time, which I play the avi file with the sound with other players, like: windows media player.

Could someone give me some hint please? I asked the support of NEITHER, but they cannot give me a good solution.

I found some companies sold the plugin, but I think that this is not my option.

Try this place.  Download (direct link) was working when I checked.

  • Why can't win 10 first elements 14 import .m4a files?

    Hello

I'm telling a video.  (Yes, I could use the function of Narrator, but when you listen to the video, it means no talk of a second half after you speak, and it is impossible to stop (Yes, I looked to other messages of the forum to confirm)).

So, I got the brilliant idea to use "Dictaphone" of Windows 10 to record my voice while watching the video.

Under-Achiever... the file is saved, I can read the file and can hear me.

But when I try to add to a project through the media "add media" or simply by dragging in the audio crack down, I get the notorious 'the importer reported a generic error.

The first Web site stated that she agreed with .m4a files.  What gives?

Please, no workaround: I realize I could convert using another program, or burn to a cd as a file rip wav, etc, etc.  I want just the program I paid money to do what he said he can do.

What I tried: resettlement items 14, folders first specific move outside the main program folder, so it would lose its settings and I would have to reauthorize, import of other .m4a files I saved on this computer using my microphone, import the same file without any other medium (including video) present.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

    Hi timb16485763,

To import a m4a file into Premiere Elements, you must install the latest version of QuickTime on your computer. Please get back to us with your findings.

  • Imported AVI files have Audio slow

Hello! For some reason any, whenever I try to import a video AVI (with Xvid codec) and add it to my project, the audio file becomes extremely slow-like, 700 to 800 times slow. The audio is always cut at the same point in the video, in order to expedite the return gives me only a small part of the audio at the right speed. It is not a problem with the videos themselves, because they play normally in all other programs I've tried. This happens regularly with each AVI video I try. I have already installed the Xvid codec. I also tried all the troubleshooting techniques for video playback problems offered by Adobe. The audio is also the codec MPEG-1 L2.

I'm under first Elements 10 on Windows 7.

The codec xVid (as the Divx codec) is a delivery codec, not an editing codec. Attempt to modify xVid will lead to nothing but evil.

Best advice is to convert the file to MP4 with a steady cadence with the brake hand.

  • First hangs when importing specific files

I started shooting the gameplay and I went to go change in PremiereCS6, but for what ever reason, I import my mp4 files bar does not respond then crashes shortly after. I tried to import other videos from video files with the same format as the ones (mp4s) crash but they don't crash just all my gameplay videos

    What is going on?

Try a short clip and see if that fixes the problem. CS6 will be not updated so that the fix won't come from Adobe. If you want to Dropbox a clip, I'll see if it works on my CC system.
