  I can't tell from the above, if you are infected, but that you have both of these folders is * not * a symptom of an infection.

  You are running Windows 7 64 bit. What you describe is normal for the 64-bit version. Program files is the folder program files (x 86) and 64-bit programs is the folder for 32-bit programs.

  Yes, the x 86 foler has more programs, buecause like the rest of us, you have much more 32-bit programs than 64-bit. 64-bit is new enough that not a lot of 64-bit programs is still availoble.

  Hello! I have a question about the cloud creative folder structure/synchronization.

  I installed the creative Cloud Desktop application on my MacBook Pro and then installed the following programs: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro.

  Once I did that I turned on "line sync" on the Application Desktop toolbar.

  I noticed that I have three different areas, called "Creative Cloud Files" and one of these folders is called "Creative Cloud Files unknown" (see the screenshot below).

  

  Anyone know why there are three different places? What field can I save my files so that I can sync to the cloud? Can I remove one that says 'unknown' in the name of the file? I guess that the file listed in the bookmarks bar is in the same place as the "Creative Cloud Files" folder in my account?

  With the recent update of the application of Creative Cloud Desktop (1.9.1.474), we have unfortunately introduced a bug that causes the creation of a new Creative Cloud Files folder and re-synchronization of all content. This will happen only the first time that the synchronization application runs after the update. This caused an understandable pain and confusion, for which we really apologize.

  We have taken measures to ensure that we are increasing our focus on quality in this area in order to avoid a repetition.

  Creative application Cloud Files contains a logic that supports the use of several Adobe ID. This allows to disconnect from an ID and in, but keeps the contents of your separate creative cloud. When you sign out and change identifiers, the app moves the previous creative Cloud Files folder and it's content and he adds with the already signed in ID (User@AdobeID). Then, it creates a main folder and begins to synchronize the content of the identification of new.

  The bug I mentioned earlier occurs, as the app believes an ID selector took place and as such, moves the current record of Creative Cloud Files and attempts to annex the already signed in ID. As no switch actually took place, it manifests as (unknown).  The application then creates a main folder to synchronize the data.

  What you end up with is essentially a creative Cloud Files folder with your new synchronized data and a creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that contains duplicate data.

  This happens once, after the last update.

  The solution is to simply delete the (unknown) Creative Cloud Files folder.

  I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him.  If this is not the case, check the contents of the creative Cloud files (unknown).

  If there is still an incompatibility with your data, you can check on creative.adobe.com to confirm that your data is there.

  2 did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  3. have you made a recovery disk installation?

  4. have you upgraded the operating system to Windows XP or performed a new installation?

  5. What is the size of the two files?

  6. What are the contents in both files?

  Note: Folder is created when you install the operating system from the recovery disk Windows 2 supplied by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

  We have two identities/addresses. Mine has like 9 folders (Inbox, sent, trash, all mail, spam, important, Star) and the other 3 just (Inbox, sent, trash). We had a guy put this email (Thunderbird) in the computer client. There is no do. So, why this difference? One of these important extras (sorry), or others Miss?

  Well, yours is a gmail IMAP account. (All mail is a give) the other account is probably a pop account to your Internet service provider. That is why only a couple of the local folders.

  There could be several reasons. Why not send the file directly from your email client (I assume you tried to use the e-mail option in Acrobat that sometimes is not configured to work with your system). In the past, Acrobat requires a MAPI connection to use electronic mail.

  Your photo using the version of existing treatment (2003 or 2010). Click on the lightning to the high close histogram or use the menu process drop-down in the module of dev (right panel, section camera cal) to use the current version of treatment (2012).
