Why I can't open creating a password disk in the Panel
When I open the Control Panel, go to user accounts, create a password reset disk nothing happens.no response.no Assistant.
Even when I drag the right side of my screen, select search, enter password reset disk, select settings and click on "Create A Password Reset Disk" nothing happens
I am registered as an administrator

Why does not work normally... Don't know. Maybe another command or two;

(3) is the issue limited with only the facebook site?
(4) what browser do you use? If internet Explorer then which version?

Nikon D7200 files are not supported in Lightroom 4.4
Yes, it would work very well after that the Lightroom CC/6 upgrade or you can use Adobe DNG Converter to convert these files to DNG and then import into Lightroom.

I saw someone ask a similar question. I tried in safe mode, no luck. I have an attachment with a PDF, PPS or LSH. None can be opened. Hitting the room attached, says it is scanning, action can save on my computer, then no further. Where does go and why I can't open it?
You can disable Firefox integration with an attachment security feature Windows. That is not ideal from a safety point of view, but it could solve the problem in the short term so that you find out what is the cause. Check out this recent thread: downloaded files immediately to disappear at the end.

I can't open 14 items installation file from the CD/DVD drive shared on my iMac to my MacBook Air. I'm getting "can't open the application 'Install' because it may be damaged or incomplete." The drive is new and I have installed and registered on the iMac smoothly with Adobe. There is no sign of physical damage to the disk. I did previously with Elements 9 without problem. Any suggestions please?

checked the clean boot (disabled all listed)
disabled Norton 360 (uninstalled completely)
has ran sfc / scannow (no problems have been reported)

Please, close and restart the computer.
I suggest you access the control panel password reset disk, please follow the steps below.
(a) press the Windows key + X, select Control panel.
(b) in the search box, type the password.
(c) in respect of user accounts, click on create a password reset disk
(d) now the password reset disk will open and follow the instructions to create a wizard.
