Why I get emails telling me that my 30 day trial is over?
I got an email saying: "We hope you enjoyed your 30 day trial of Lightroom" from Adobe. Why am I getting this? I bought a full copy of Lightroom 6 that day, he was released.

Not really, no. It could be an accident too - someone ' one with a user name very similar to yours that's typo in their username, may not know why they are unable to open a session, requested a password reset, thinking they forgot what it.

(1) the validity of the sender (name, phone number, mailing address, etc.)
(2) check if they understand your credit card or checking account numbers in the Email.

Hi, I have trouble getting the installer of Creative Cloud 30 day trial to boot on my computer. Here I did successfully about 3 days ago, but since then has picked up a virus. I used system restore to restore my computer about 5 days, which was to remove the creative cloud and Photoshop. Now I am trying to re - download creative cloud with no luck. Any idea would be highly desirable. -Demian Arend

Why my computer keep telling me that an unauthorized change was made to Windows?
Almost everytime I start my computer, I get to the login screen, connection & then I get an error indicating that an unauthorized change has been filed with Windows. Then it gives me the ability to check online for more information. I then close this window and restart the computer. Most of the time, the error will return repeatedly until I'm able to get Windows to load. I am the administrator on my computer & I did not any changes to Windows. This has all started after I made my first backup of my files on my computer.

I paid for lightroom 6, activated with a serial number. After installing the updated October lightroom broke, had to force quit to close and images that I imported were black, so I reinstall lightroom. Wait for another update to correct version 6.

The 30 day trial refers to the Mobile with Lightroom. When you install first 6 Lightroom, you are allowed 30 days to evaluate the merits of Lightroom Mobile decided if or not you want to subscribe in the creative cloud so that you can continue to enjoy this feature. You can stop this message appear when you click the identity plate. You'll see Lightroom Mobile listed, and you can click to pause. After you do that you no longer receive this message.

Please try to synchronize your desktop app creative Cloud *.
Launch creative Office Cloud app-> preferences-> account-> Sign Out of Creative Cloud-> Cloud Creative Quit.
Launch your software and try to use it. If it gives you the trial pop up, then try clicking on "The software license button" and sign in with your Adobe Id and password.
* Ensure that no Adobe software is active/open/work while synchronizing Creative Cloud desktop application.
