  I'm sorry but don't know what 'pat film' is. If it is a 3rd party effect/transition, you may have to pay for it.

  And the video transitions in Premiere Pro CS6 and first Pro CC are the same.

  Only difference, several transitions in CS6.

However; We have noticed that once you link the accounts as a family, purchases will be automatically charged to the "account of the Organizer.   Since Apple is no longer selling the iPhone 5 s, she cannot be considered more for free apps.

  You can try calling Apple Service customer. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes game and get a pro-rated refund.
