  Adobe not all Addons are compatible with the default CC 2014. You must make reference to the page of each add-on on the Addons (creative.adobe.com/addons) site to find the compatibility window (top right), which will describe the versions of Photoshop that the add-on will work with.

But when you play the video, the pace becomes red and goes down to 5 frames per second. It gets all confused. I have already edited a video with the same fps and quality in Photoshop and it worked well, but this time it won't work. I also tried closing and reopening already. Help, please.

  If your computer cannot go as fast as playback, Photoshop "will fall" frames. If you play again, it should be a little smoother. In addition, you can adjust the playback quality less and more images are rendered.

• Why used my trial version of Photoshop CC open Canon Raw files

  Hi just downloaded the trial version of cc in lightroom and photoshop cc because I bought a canon powershot GX3 and my old CS6 impossible to open Raw files for this device. Although the new download of Lightroom can open them photoshop through bridge canoe again to open them. I think that I have the latest version of the software as I just downloaded it so what I am doing wrong?

  Warning about creative cloud and perpetual CS6!

  If you have a perpetual license, CS6 and install Adobe Creative software cloud there is a good chance that break your perpetual CS6 install.  Creative cloud includes a different version of the CS6 13.1.2 and creative cloud Office will want to update the version and ACR to ACR version 9.1 CS6. CS6 update perpetual CS6 CS6 subscription always seen to fail.

  Menu of Photoshop use help > about plug-in > Camera Raw and help menu > system information to check your versions of software. Here's what I see on my system:

  It's maybe a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway: I have two versions of Photoshop installed on my Windows PC: CC and CC (2014), I want only one version, because the two versions is confusing (see below).  Which should I use?

  This is why the two versions is confusing: when you do ctrl-E (cmd-E on the Mac) 5 Lightroom to edit a photo in Photoshop, then if no version of Photoshop is running, Lightroom 5 will launch more recently installed version of Photoshop.  In my case, the most recently installed version is Photoshop CC 2014, which I installed it using the creative cloud desktop application when Adobe released it.  I have not had a problem until one day I launched Photoshop CC from a shortcut on the old desktop and manually installed action sets.  The next time that Lightroom has launched Photoshop, my actions were missing!  Yes, I know that I put them in the wrong version, and it's my fault.  But this would not have happened if it there was only one version installed on my PC.  Or if Adobe gave the best orientation.  Their FAQ is confusing.

  So I'll ask again: I just want one version of Photoshop.  Which one should I keep?

  CC for 2014 is the current version. The first is called just CC, but many refer to him as CC 2013. But you're right. If they had just called that from the beginning it would have been much clearer.

• Photoshop CC 2014 will not open all the files, not even create new ones

  I have a freshly installed version of Photoshop CC 2014, and it is enough to open any file single no matter what I do.  I also CC 2014 Illustrator installed since last week and it behaves very well, and even open files that Photoshop won't open (jpg, psd, png, etc.).

  I tried uninstalling completely and reinstalling and it doesn't always open all files.  In fact, nothing happens when I click on the 'Open' button in the open file dialog.

  Well, I finally got to work by trial and error.  Here are the steps I used to run:

  (1) make sure that you are not behind a Firewall/VPN/etc, just connect directly to the internet (if possible).  I use Adobe for my work laptop, and I was informed that this could be a problem during the installation process.

  (2) uninstall Photoshop via the creative cloud application interface.

  (3) click on icon creative cloud of the system and "Quit" status bar (it is automatically started for me to a previous start)

  (4) make a right click on the creative cloud desktop icon and choose "Run as Administrator"

  (5) Photoshop re - install

  After completing the above steps, I can now open any file png, jpg, gif, etc, so that start a new file.  I have no idea why it works or if my not play no role in fixing it, but I thought it was worth sharing for others to try if they encounter a similar problem.  It could be the firewall that I was behind, or the permissions (I don't think creative cloud starts as an administrator).  But I'm not able to say that I know the exact resolution.  I hope this helps!

  I suspect that your problem is that the installer of the action is not compatible with Photoshop CC2015. Modern versions of Photoshop do not use the old Extension Manager and so if the developer has not updated their actions, you will not be able to use them. I tried to find your action but it seems around a bit, but it seemed likely

  If you are using a windows machine, on which you open programs and features and then right-click on the application Photoshop CC 2014 and click Uninstall.

  If you use a Mac, and then open the finder window, click go and select applications, and you'll see Photoshop CC 2014 registered there request, double-click that and you

  See the uninstall for Photoshop CC 2014 program, double-click on it to launch the uninstaller.

  I tried to install the extension R Brown watermark. He did not appear in 2014 CC Photoshop on my Mac running OS 10.8.5. On a hunch, I took a peek in Photoshop CC on the same computer, and he was there. So two questions:

  1. can I install this extension Photoshop of CC in 2014 and if so, how?  If the answer is to use the extensions Manager, I couldn't download. He just said he was downloading but never did.

  2. more generally, how would I know if an extension will work on Photoshop CC 2014 before downloading. I saw the icons at the top right of the Adobe page Add-ons, but I have no idea if the blue icon with light blue PS is it mean CC Photoshop or Photoshop CC 2014 or both.

  As noted above, we show not compatibility for each product, but as you say with Photoshop in particular we knew that moving of panels panels only HRML Flash could be a big step so we worked with the team of Photoshop to see only compatible products Photoshop CC 2014 and the way that you can easily access that comes within Photoshop CC 2014 and with an open file or a new document , go to the menu filter > Browse filters online... (as shown below):

• Why do I always see folders for older versions of Photoshop - but cannot uninstall them?

  I run Windows 8.1.

  I just installed Photoshop CC 2015.  My hard drive becomes quite comprehensive, I'm looking for sanitation and free up space.  As my Program Files > Adobe folder still shows folders for Photoshop CS5, Photoshop CS6, CC of Photoshop and Photoshop CC 2014, I decided to uninstall it.

  However, when I go to control panel > programs and features, only Photoshop CC 2015 is listed.  No older versions arise, so I can't uninstall.

  In Windows Explorer, the files are listed under Program files > Adobe as follows: -.

  Adobe Photoshop CC (64-bit) 999 MB

  Adobe Photoshop CC (2014) 2.8 MB

  Adobe Photoshop CC (2015) 2.4 GB

  Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 bit) 2.8 MB

  Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) 522 MB

  As you can see, there are huge differences in file sizes. leading me to assume that some version contains only modest upgrades to previous versions - although CS 5 is very low compared with CS6!

  I'm confused!  Is it possible that I can flush out everything except CC (2015), or would be doing this screw a complex relationship between the installation files?

  Older versions of Adobe Photoshop very likely have been uninstalled via installer CC 2015. However the modules that you have installed in Adobe Photoshop file having not removed so the Adobe folders and module files remain on your system. Look at the content in the files do you see in them? Just remove the... Adobe UN-installers do not have use in the longest time.  They always seem to cause me pain.
