  I've updated to McAfee and run a deep and comprehensive analysis of the system. I scanned my registry with three different cleaners and Secunia PSI says no problem.

After all this, they said they couldn't help me because the product was taken in charge and just «go to forum» It is a hell of a way to treat a customer who had Adobe products since version 1.0!
