  CCleaner is very useful to get rid of temporary files, you can get it here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner you can use it to clean your temporary files, but DO NOT use registry cleaning works, registry cleaning is mainly a useless effort that can cause more harm than good.

You need to restart (NOT close and turn on) your computer. Bingo! Unfortunately, this condition can re - occur from time to time, as if you start your computer before you turn on your internet connection and establish a good connection.  Don't worry the fix takes about 3 to 5 minutes depending on your speed of restart computer.
