  so after waiting more than a week for a serious response I discovered firsthand how to activate the iphone to your pc. If you connect your iphone to your pc then right click on my computer / device manager/imaging devices/troubleshooting find impossible iphone and then click Activate and you good to go. seriously so guyz I can do then any other amateur can do too.
