Why my computer is inaccessible to me in Network Explorer?

On a PC with Windows 7 64 bit connected to a local network on my home network, I am the administrator, when I right click on Start Menu and then open Windows Explorer, I see a number of places in the Navigation pane in my computer as Favorites, libraries, computers and network. When I click on the network, it opens to show me "MyComputerName", which I can click to open and then view users below. When I click the users icon, a small window opens with the title network error and it says this:

"Windows cannot access \\MyComputerName\Users .

You are not allowed to access \\MyComputerName\Users. Contact your

network administrator to request access.

"For more information about permissions, see Windows Help and Support.

Also, there is a "Close" button on this window. Of course, my question is the reason why I don't have permission to access this place since, as I said earlier, I'm home all on the local network administrator?  I was connected to my computer with all permissions. How can I change this problem? Thank you.

You can quit replying to this because I have now solved the problem myself later to some intuitions based on clues, that I had during my research the question myself. Here is the procedure I used to fix:

Right click on the "Users" folder, which is a network share, under network in the Navigation pane, click Properties > sharing > advanced sharing > Permissions button. In the share permissions section, click the Add button and continue adding your user name for those who are allowed to access. Who did.

Although I am a member of the Administrators group, and the owner of this machine before adding my username, only administrators had received approval. Apparently, he wanted my username explicitly listed here. I don't know why this is important since I'm already in the Administrators group?

    I suggest you to see these steps:

    • Press right on your mouse button when your desktop is visible. A menu will appear.
    • Move your mouse to the bottom of the menu and click on the word "Properties".
