  Adobe seems to have a policy to encourage the illegal use of their products by making it very difficult for people who have paid money for their licenses.

  We bought 4 licenses CS6 and 1 license of Lightroom. I checked the number of machines on which these licenses are, and we are not breaking the rules. However, we do not seem to register these products (after you have reinstalled the operating system). Products apparently are no longer supported.

  You register only produced once, usually when they are first installed.  If you reinstalled without first disabling products which could be the reason why you cannot turn them on (if 'activation' is what you really mean instead of 'register').  You should contact Adobe Support by chat or phone to seek their help.

• Why Firefox has randomly decided not to load any website?

  On the eve of my problem was triggered, everything worked perfectly well. Today, as I turned it on my computer loaded up Firefox, I was greeted with "unable to connect, Firefox cannot connect to www.whatever.com. No Web site at all, no matter a secure site (https) and normal Web page or same Mozilla.org would be responsible. Yet another browser can. I have torn the support page seeking a solution and I really tried all suggested (clear all cookies, history, etc., remove and add new Firefox in the list of reliable in the firewall Windows, uninstall programs, deleting the Firefox in Program Files folder, then reinstall). Norton has been disabled even when Firefox was working, so he couldn't possibly be interfering.   I understood everything. It turns out that Norton was blocking all programs on the web on my computer as it has been disabled. I knew that Firefox would not let me down! I will continue to use the best browser in the world!

• Why Define Custom Shapes does not work because of a program error?

  In fact, I checked and found a pre-announcement that clarifies the issue. I'm the Photoshop classroom in a book and created the paths using the subtraction of the form. • Why my custom workspace is not saving correctly?

  Since the last update a week or two ago, I had to redo my custom several times workspace. Despite checking the boxes so that my favorite tools are saved in my by default instead of Photoshop, it keeps returning to the default values for the application every time I open the program. The signs are correct, and it shows it opens my workspace, but I have to constantly re - choose my favorite tools (wand instead of quick selection, polygonal lasso, instead of lasso; instead of the gradient tool to paint bucket). I give the workspace a different name every time I re-do; and I remove all other custom work spaces until I re - create. I've never had this problem before. Is it me?

  This is a bug related to the starting workspace. The workaround is to disable the workspace of beginning of preferences > General: uncheck "Show 'Start' workspace when no document is open."

  We have a personalzation of site level to change the number of lines paginated in a table.  However, at least 1 user does not see this customization.

  Can someone tell me why?     I thought that maybe some strange way, the user has a specific customization by the user, but the personalization shows page only through RESPS level and everything seems OK

  Notice given scripts to remove the document from the instance. Do not use for any page of seeds/custom, otherwise it will remove pages also. (You can import the page once again, finding the same page of some other instance..!)

  The profile option is "Disable personal self" that you can set to true to disable customizations in any level.

  Make a check of malware with several malware scanning of programs on the Windows computer.

  I use the sample file external preloader provided with CS5 as a basis for my front loader on measure. It works fine except that once the main site has loaded and is open, the preloader is loaded in the background.
