  I found what the problem was.

  I was using the old LR icon on my Doc that opened to the old version.

  I just dragged the new LR icon from the control panel CC. Updated the catalog, and then remove the old icon of LR.

Using the same computer and browser (Safari) I just downloaded the latest version of this pdf file and the first page or 2 appear normal, but the number of pages after that is unreadable. Text characters are OK, but most look like they are in a foreign language font (maybe). The company sent me a copy of the file attached to an e-mail that they say is readable on their end, but it still has the same problems as before. I also tried to download it in Chrome and Firefox, but it makes no difference. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you.

  Its sounds like .pdf reader does not display large images as a default value. It is on as a default but it is quite common to go out!

  Try to open the .pdf preferences drive and in the section "Page view", select "view large Images" in the Page content and information section "" "

  Please check the file association. Right-click on the PDF file and select "Open with"-> default program choose-> select Acrobat / Reader-> check "always use selected program to open this type of file. Click OK to confirm the changes.

  Also cocher check with the different document, try checking with printers different (Drivers day).

  Check with the name with the name of the application by means of which the document was created.

  Also, try to re-create a document with the same properties & try to print the document to reproduce the problem.
