  What exact model of AirPort Extreme do you have? Either have your tablet or laptop Win7 been updated recently? They were both able to connect before and not now OR they were never able to connect?   A possible scenario would be to have an ADSL PPPoE connection for your primary link and a secondary dial-up link.  So if a DNS lookup fails because the PPPoE connection is not completely connected to the Internet Windows would try to use the link to remote access instead of doing whatever it was necessary to wait for the first to work.  Even after the PPPoE connection is fully established, it would be always possible to have no research to trigger a second test on the remote access link.  A solution would be to delete or disable the link to remote access.  In any case an average minimum of change the symptom would be to change the connections settings never compose...

  Http and https use different ports.  Look at your firewall programs to determine if port 80 is blocked.  Temporarily disable the firewall programs, to see if this is the cause.

  wlmail.fol is a tiny text giving the name of the folder. The exported messages will have filenames like 00D13E83 - 000025DF.eml. If you don't see all of the files like this, your export probably did not work properly.

  For a successful export, follow these directions:

  1. Set Windows Live Mail to work offline before starting.
  2. Create a temporary folder on your desktop * to contain the exported messages.
  3. In the Export Wizard, select the temporary folder, and then select all the folders.* *
  4. When it is complete, check that the number of files in each folder to the temporary folder is one more than the number of messages in the corresponding folder of WLMail.
  5. Copy the temporary file to its final destination.
     If you use a reader not NTFS to do this, you will see a warning that certain file properties will not be copied files. This can be ignored.

  * Windows Live Mail do not work with files that are not on a local drive, as opposed to an external or network drive. This is avoided by using the office as a temporary folder location. 
  * If you want to export the files sampled only, select each of them containing messages. Subfolders are not automatically selected by default.

  When I create a PLAYLIST the playlist is only PLAYS IN ORDER, I HAVE SONGS in, I must now enter and designate what is next?

  I have them in the order I want them but they won't 'just play', why, how to do what I had.

  In addition, in iTunes how do a song just play over and over again after this one ends.

  I also have these same questions for my iPhone 6, 9.2 iOS and the iPhone 5 running 9.1

  It's a picture of setting, not iTunes.  Next time open pictures like this, look for the checkbox control to not open next time, plugged (either near top left).  If you want this same order on your device, you must re - sync to iTunes.

  After you create the playlist and get the order you want, Ctrl-click on the name of the playlist and select "Copy to play order" to save the sort order.  iTunes always behaved this way.
