  For Photoshop CC to open on double-click on an image (with the ALT key), by default Photoshop CC should be the default application to open the image file. Right-click on the image file on your system and select information. In the "open with:" field select CC Photoshop and click the button change just below of this.

  I thought that it works by bridge if you click an image and select "Open" in the file menu. He works also mini bridge in photoshop, but the right-click method and "Shot cab" botton on the top of the menu of the bridge does not work.

YOU CAN LAUNCH THE CAB BY CLICKING ON THE IMAGE IN BRIDGE AND CHOOSING "OPEN" FROM THE FILE MENU. DO NOT USE THE CAB ICON OR RIGHT-CLICK MENU TO OPEN CAB RIGHT, IT WON'T WORK. YOU CAN ALSO OPEN A PHOTOSHOP ACR, AND IT WILL WORK
