  And I don't think that it will be suitable for the upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium as being Vista Basic, the material it will not suitable or sufficient to run Windows 7 properly and I have no idea if HP even wrote Windows 7 drivers for it.

It is supposed to come with the restoration of the MS Windows system, which is what I guess I used, and Dell PC Restore, which I seem unable to lacate.  Can anyone help, please keep your response simple & stupid proof, I'm not the person more computer in the world.   I found the restore factory image. Menu > dell > dell software & utilities > Dell, Start Guide. It says dell datasafe local upward. Select U click here link continued authorization... It will load.
