  This laptop has an ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics chip, which could be too underpowered to run intensive 3D games.

  Is the laptop freezes only when you play this special game or it freezes by other applications, games, etc?
  Don t know exactly why it happens, but if the laptop freezes only during playback the Fifa07 then it might be a problem of compatibility of graphics driver with this game.

  Hello Papastew10, I don't think it's something that makes Windows Vista.  Sounds like that, it's something controlled by Mumble, so there should be some options for that somewhere.  If not but you might be able to substitute by right click on the speaker icon in the system tray and choose Open Volume Mixer, try to adjust the volume of World of Warcraft from there.   Well for Oblivion, you need at least a processor at 3 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and a graphics card Radeon X 800 for details.
