Why, when I connect on Firefox, it keep telling me to update when I upgraded to version 9.0.1?
As I said above, whenever I log on Firefox it tells me to move to 9.01. Despite the fact that I've updated since my "about Firefox" then told me.
Are you talking about the bookmarks toolbar? Just CTRL-click in the header next to a label. This should bring up a menu that allows you to add toolbars. You can also go to view > toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbar to enable.
You won't see in this list if you have saved in the Favorites Bookmarks toolbar. This article will guide you through the creation and management of bookmarks.
Hope this helps!

Why sites keep telling me to update my browser when it is already updated? I already updated my browser and even tried to reinstall. Example - what happens when I try to access my e-mail and other trusted sites.
Hello
Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.
- Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
- Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
- Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!
Thank you.

Why when I upgraded fron 7-8 they changed me from 64 to 32 why?
Why when I upgraded to windows 7 to windows 8 they changed me 64-bit to 32-bit why?
Hello
It is normal for a x 64 machine to run 32-bit programs... This is because programs are written in 32-bit.
Very few programs is actually written in 64-bit...
There are still a lot of 32-bit computers around, and if the programs were written in 64-bit they don't run on 32-bit computers, where as a 32-bit program will work on both...
What programs you are running is an entirely different matter if your OS is 32 or 64 bit...
Check out the site I mentioned... it will say what version of WINDOWS you are using.
That's what you really need to know.

My site works fine with Firefox 35 version without any problems. but when I upgraded to version 38 I started getting the error code: mozilla_pkix_error_v1_cert_used_as_ca). I checked my certificate and is valid until the end of the year
There are hundreds of variations within each major version of Firefox, so the cause of the problem might be hard to guess without more information.
You want to post the URL of your site?
If not, you could generate a report using this test page: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/. Which often will identify the problem that Firefox has with the certificate.

I go through the download process, then the installation. He finished as if it ended, but I never got the message in my firefox browser that I have been updated. Instead, I keep getting a splash screen that tells me I'm at day and should be updated. I tried several times with the same results for the different versions (6.0, 6.0.1 7.0 etc.). I wonder if I'm updating and the screen won't (not to mention boring) or if there is a hitch in the process of installation/update even if is not say that it failed.

Firefox keeps telling me to update, even though I know that I've updated.
On aid, when it checks updates told me that I am on the last, but everywhere elsewhere (for example Devientart or Mozilla Startpage) it tells me I need to update. I'm sure that I've updated, and I can't access certain pages without being on the latest browser.
Either you have Firefox 3.0.19 or your User Agent is locked to this version of something you have installed in Firefox for a long time.

When I connect on Firefox, I get a message to update my plug-ins. Can you confirm to me the message is legitimate and not spam?
Hello, when he appeared in the InfoBar on the browser, it is legitimate - see some plugins used by this page are out of date for the comparison. Unfortunately your platform (os x 10.4 on powerpc architecture) is no longer supported by apple or the most common plugin vendors, so it is not possible to obtain the latest versions of flash, java etc who work on your system.
If you want to disable messages on out-of-date plugins, enter "subject: config" in the address bar of the browser, confirm the information dialog box, then find the preference named "plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin" and double click it to switch to 'true '.
Also note that firefox 3.6.28 was the last generation that took place on a powerpc, but if you want to use an updated firefox-based browser, you can switch to "tenfourfox" - Firefox no longer works with Mac OS X 10.4 or PowerPC processors
