  Hello, your ISP is your Internet service provider.  It is Bell Canada, Rogers, Telnet, etc. of Telus.  Unless you want to have two companies providing your internet connection, you can not fix this.  Your IP address is also the same thing of having 1 service provider.  Your Internet provider assigns you an IP address.  Depending on the provider, if you unpluf your router, it may be renewed.  Other Windows 7 tips and tricks are available at: http://www.waltwachon.weebly.com

  I suggest you disable automatically restart the system and check the exact error you encounter in the blue screen and let us know. Follow the steps mentioned below to disable the auto reboot.

  c. under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the startup and recovery dialog box.

  d. clear the checkbox automatically, restart and then click OK, the number of times required.

  Looks like you were using a different iTunes on that account the iPhone and now you UM wait to use another.  This is how it works if you try to use different accounts.
