refresh fast start with (sysdate) next to_date(sysdate+1) + 9/24 as select

y,commission_pct,manager_id,department_id from hr.employees@link_dwdb_hr
Next to_date (sysdate + 1) + 9/24-> will this statement executed only tomorrow, or every day at 09:00 I gave sysdate + 1.

My requirement is I want the MV to get updates every day at 09:00, is the above pretty good query?

Also the opinion of Materialised above will inform every day if I don't give any option "next"?

    It has no hourly time which tiles Bing will update. It can sometimes updates daily or not even for a month or two.
