Will not install install creative cloud.

I got creative cloud for some time, but I get the message to install creative cloud when you try to open it. I downloaded creative cloud and have tried to install several times but get the same message to halfway through the installation, telling me that I need creative cloud to solve the problem.Screen Shot 2015-07-10 at 11.25.08 AM.png

    I got creative cloud and used it to download and update my photoshop cc 2014. It's all good. Then I restarted for some reason any. Creative cloud then showed this message.

    I run the setup of creative cloud. It shows a small bar that slowly creeps along.

    Out of curiosity, I watch network tab of the controller of the activity noted that it is in fact the download... aah 16 MB download, good.

    And then it shows me this screen

    And clicking this button takes me to this page... Oh wait, I've been here before... 12 times today

    I thought it would be the connection so I tried in my office and at home and for the novely on my phones hotspot. They all arrive at approximately 50% downloaded and suddenly tell me that "there is a problem".

    I imagine that there is a preference file or something I can delete?

    For all those who may also be affected by this problem, a session of useful discussion with Adobe (via the net, not by phone) led me to perform these steps. In my case, it was what was needed to solve this problem.

    1. Make sure that no process adobe does always - for example Activity Monitor allows to kill / terminate any process update from adobe.
    2. In/Library/Application Support / Adobe / remove "AAMUpdater", "AdobeApplicationManager" and "OOBE".
    3. In ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/delete "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE".
    4. Use the creative tool Adobe Cleaner Cloud (link) and remove applications other than those ending in 'Pilot' or 'Core '. This includes items that have names like "Adobe something for Mac OS 10.6" or "Creative Cloud Desktop". Subsequently, I had 'Adobe Photoshop CS6 Driver' and 'Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 Core"remaining.
    5. Use the creative cloud Installer (link) and run it.
    6. If that doesn't work (which it has done for me several times) I repeated steps 1 through 4 again before trying again.

    Overall, Adobe CC has been a painful experience to be re-installed. I'm unclear why it failed in the first place, as it had been set up running for many months and I am a maniac backup and maintenance of disk. If my solution does not help you through, I suggest give you the option to chat online to support a test - it was worth it to me.

    So my pc windows 7 shows that Adobe Photoshop is up to date. The Manager of the program shows that it is installed. But there are no files in the folders.     Hello

    My mother was having trouble installing CC on desktop and it did not work. She then read somewhere to remove all files related to Adobe.

    Now when I try to install the desktop version of creative cloud I'm getting nowhere. I double click on the "Creative Cloud Installer" icon, then enter the password and then NOTHING.

    What I am doing wrong? Because of the previously deleted files? If so, do I need and how do I get it?

    Tried to repair / reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x 64) 2012?

    If not, try following the steps below:

    Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

    Go to Control Panel > program and features.

    Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 64)" and uninstall the same.

    When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.

    Then uninstall " package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).

    Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64). Click on the link below and "vcredist_x64.exe" download and install the same.

    I installed the trial version of photoshop and a few days after, I joined the creative cloud. Now I have the problem that Photoshop told me, that it does not start because the trial period is over. So I uninstalled apps from creative cloud with the adobe uninstaller and reinstalled again. But Photoshop tells me the same thing again.

    How can I get Photoshop back to work? I tried the reinstall 3 times, but it just won't work.

    I have a mac and have creative cloud installed on windows and osx apps side side 7 (on bootcamp). I work under windows only with some programs. Most of the time, I'm on osx.

    Maybe someone can help me with a comment.

  • It not install creative Cloud Desktop App

    I tried to install the desktop application tons of times in the last two hours and it still does not. Setup initializes and then nothing happens. I am logged on as administrator, and I was by selecting 'Run as administrator' whenever I'm going to install. I restarted my PC, I deleted the program installation, and re-uploaded.     I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5

    I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...

    I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.

    Would appreciate any help that you can give to fix this problem, and I look forward to your reply...
