  First of all, it would be ideal to determine exactly what is the error, or if an error occurs when you try to open OUTLOOK.  You can use reliability monitor to examine this information, and that you post in the forum.  To view reliability monitor, click Start ORB / right-click on computer - select Manage / Analyzer performance and reliability-click / Select reliability monitor.

  In the monitor of reliability to the bottom of the window, it will show the system stability report.  Look under five failure reports to find all the information about this conflict and report that information in the forum.

  You can uninstall the update-

• Creative programs will install but will not open with the same error message

  Hello thank you guys for any help you can provide.

  I installed creative cloud and install a few programs. None of the programs opens and I get the same error message for each of them.

  Adobe first Pro CC 2014 cannot be opened because of a problem.

  All creative programs say they are up-to-date. They have not been registered as I could not opened a still. I'm running one ate 2014 MBP with a 2.8 i7 processor, 16 GB of ram and an SSD 1 TB with 600 GB of free space.

  You can trash Firefox 4, and then re - install Firefox 3.6. You can get Firefox 3.6 http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

  When you install Firefox 3.6, it should automatically use your existing bookmarks and other data from the user.

• Raw files Nikon D500 will not open with CS6 (updated). Solution?

  I've updated the plugin raw and noted that Nikon D500 (NEF files) are supported but they still not open or even to produce thumbnails. No phone support available for Photoshop CS6 then how to get help?

  If it's something like "the file could not be read", it means generally that you do not have the appropriate permissions on the file that you are importing to. be sure that you have permissions to read and write on the folder.

    • • I changed the password on my live account to account.live.com

        • I can connect to most Live services with this account by using the new password (I'm now connected with it)
        • It will not work with the installation of the parental controls, I installed on two computers (for example, to work around a site "in person" or temporarily disable the software.)
      • I uninstalled parental controls on both computers and reinstalled with the web installer Live Essentials.  The real account seems to authenticate correctly the first time, he asks the account to use when opening of parental control for the first time.  After that, "the Windows Live ID or the password is incorrect.  Please try again ".

• Menu mobile with accordion panel will not open when you view the phone's browser

  I'm designing a sensitive site using breakpoints to 320, 768 and 1200.  I made a menu mobile with a panel of the accordion for breakpoints to 320 and 768.  Everything works fine with the reactive site on the web browser, except when I open the menu mobile on my windows phone, the Panel will not open.  When I press the menu to open it, the menu quickly opens and then closes immediately.  I was not able to understand what it takes to keep the menu open on the Tablet and phone version.  Any help would be really appreciated.

  The only problem that you are experiencing is the overview of the DNG on the Mac is dull, but the images you create are ok?  I think that the DNG Converter is what creates the DNG preview, so I don't know how upgrading to a newer version ACR would change the DNG preview.

  What version of the converter DNG you used to create the the ARWs DNG?  You could try the last DNGC 9.6: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ so this isn't one you have used.

  Also made of Adobe and rendering of C1 would be different if it's not any problem.
