[Win] InDesign meets the system restarts?

Because my computer is compatible Energy Star and I usually have a lot of windows open at the end of a day's work, I always leave it on, so I can continue the next day exactly where I left. However - Microsoft believes that it is necessary to have an update at least once a week:

restart.PNG

- and InDesign seems to be closed by force, rather than comply with a request to stop. Where the inevitable 'restored Document' and lost more recent open files used for every single file operation, which is a headache! It is common for us poor Windows users? Or should ID normally close on a request for system reboot, and it's just my computer (and all other PC here)?

Jongware - you can change the options to update your computer so that it downloads the update but will not be installed until you ask.

Thus, for example, it will tell you that the updates are available for download, you can then download them and then when you're ready you can install them.

I have Microsoft XP Professional. My computer is Dell. The new thing is happening now, as when I start the system, it starts normally. Then I go my usual login and password to enter. But before that I can do this, the system restarts again. This goes into endless reboot cycles. I don't know what is happening.

This is usually caused by a bad deletion of malware on your computer.  Somehow, you have to boot from a CD that allows you to change the file system or the registry files.

The following link shows how this can be fixed by starting with a BartPE disk (go to paragraph "registry value incorrect that prevents you to log on to your user account in Windows XP?")

  • The system restarts often without notifications during labour

    Description of the problem.
The system restarts often without notifications when you work. There is no periodic synchronization for reboot happens in a mansion at random.

Description of any troubleshooting that I took.
Updates Windows; Antivirus updates; Power has changed (SMPS) and verified. Deleted malware help malware bytes. analysis with Lavasoft ADware. Unchecked the option restart automatically under boot options and recovery. The question still persists.

In most cases, a sudden and complete computer shutdown is either caused by overheating or bad RAM problems... well I have seen some buggy programs that cause this too, but since you say it's random, I would place my bet on one of the first two problems.  I suppose that there is nothing in the system (start-> Run-> "eventvwr.msc") event logs?

You could try to run a freeware such as 'Core Temp ' software which will display your CPU temperature and loading, and may allow you to avoid this problem.  Running tests of RAM may also be revealing even if RAM tests tend to stress the CPU overheating so cause so you may not know that is your problem.  If you have replaced the power supply, then I guess that you have cleaned the sheep of dust on the motherboard and check the CPU fan rotates properly while you were there.

  • "BOLD" does not meet the system requirements? -BES

    This is getting ridiculous.

Tried to install my Orange BES "BOLD" - and I get this message on the WAP site:

I'm sorry that your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry App World.

Yes - I'm in the United Kingdom

No - there is no policy of BES blocking apps

    Feature: "BOLD"

    OS: v4.6.0.162

    Carrier: Orange UK

This question seems to have been resolved - try to access the same address now and it will work.

  • Smart phone BlackBerry Smartphones does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World

    Hello

I just all new BB Curve 8900 on Vodafone. Its the first BB I've owned and I seem to have a bit of trouble. When I try to download the App World, I get the following error message:

"Device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World"

    How can this be?

OK then... interesting for Vodafone to push support far... Well, by I guess.

So I guess that I change their instructions... rather than to remove an installed version of the AppWorld in the way they suggest, I suggest go to:

Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications

See if BB AppWorld is listed as installed. If so, highlight (but do not click) it and then press the BBKey and select Delete. If she wasn't there, then continue on these steps.

Then do a batt pull reboot:

With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

Then re - activate your THS:

Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > BBKey > sign up now

Then re - send all the service books:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB02830&SLIC...

    Then do another reboot batt-pop.

Then, get a new link for AppWorld from here:

    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/services/appworld/download.jsp#tab_tab_download

And re - download and install it.

I hope it's going to go right. If not, then it could still be useful a call to Vodafone...

    See you soon!

  • Win XP: Remove the 'System' of the 'My Documents' folder attribute

Win XP: The 'My Documents' folder contains an attribute of the system. Now, I can't save file there. How can I remove the attribute "system"?

If you look at the security for 'My Documents' tab, you will see that the system has access to the file, but it should not have attribute on the file system.

Access special permissions and see who is the owner of the folder. It should be yourself. If this isn't the case, you may need to take ownership of the folder to get access.

    I hope this helps.

    a. Insert the CD into the CD/DVD drive.
    b. Click Start, click my computer.
    c. right-click on the CD/DVD drive and click Open.
    d. Select the folder or the installation file and copy.
    e. right click on the desktop and click New-> new folder.
    f. in the new folder, right-click and click on paste.
    g. once the program is saved, open the installation file and continue with the installation and check if the problem persists.

Step 2: If the problem persists, check the event logs and back view details
see How to view and manage the event logs in in Windows XP Event Viewer .

You are right on the use of 21-inch Broadwell. I missed that part of myself. The GPU acceleration is where the handle of the GPU of some framework aspects during the processing of image data in real-time or rendering. In the case of Adobe the GPU handle scale IE a resolution, interpolation and some FX. Those who normally take a significant amount of CPU resources by image that makes discharging them to the much more efficient GPU for the amount of data processed at the same time. This allows the CPU to focus on the decoding and encoding of data, which can take significant resources according to the multimedia codecs. Adobe added some acceleration for some Intel GPU a while back, but I don't know if this includes I7 Gen 5 or 6 Gen Intel GPU underway and those who. If it's not that I think it not then using Intel or AMD won't matter that acceleration is turned off. AMD open CL would allow much better performance edition in the future when Adobe finally cleans the Open CL.
