Your BSOD say win32.sys or does it really say win32k.sys?

I think that these ideas MSE unlikely to be of great use if you get regularly the BSOD as when you boot your system, and there is nothing in these ideas that tell you how to determine what is causing the BSOD.

I think you just lose a lot of time and have nothing to show for it.  Notice there are three things to "try".  You do not need to try things, to do things.  But try now if you are forced to do so.

When a BSOD involves an XP file (as win32k.sys) which is hardly ever the real problem and the rest information you need will be in the crash dump files - and you will have to accumulate some failures to zero in on the cause.

What I suggest is that you first be sure that your system is configured to create a crash dump file, so you'll have something to look at next time it crashes.

If your system is already set up to do this, you have already a few crash dump files from your previous BSOD with some clues for you.

To configure your system does not automatically restart on system failure and to create a crash dump file when it crash, follow these steps:

Right click my computer, properties, advanced, startup and recovery settings.

In the system failure section:

Put a check mark in the box "write an event to the system log.
Put a check mark in the box "send an administrative alert.
Uncheck 'automatically restart '.

In the Write debugging information section select:

Partial dump (64 KB)

Set the directory small dumpster:

%SystemRoot%\Minidump

Click OK, OK to save the settings.

Restart your computer and wait for the next reboot/crash.

Then he would speed up things if you tell us something about your system.  I don't see how it is possible to solve a problem effectively without knowing something about the system.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:
What is your system brand and model?
What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

Can you make the system crash when you want?  For example, you would say that there is no specific system activity that coincides with the accidents (like watching videos, playing games, etc.).

The next time your system crashes, provide more information on what you see.

Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:
Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).
Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.
If there is a name of the file listed in the STOP message, don't forget to include this information too.
Ignore the boring text unless it seems important to you.  We know what a BSOD looks like, we need to know what your BSOD looks like.
Now provide more information about your system and data against more recent accidents.
Click Start, run and enter in the box:
Msinfo32
Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the information here.
For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.
There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.
This will minimize back Q & A and eliminate guesswork.

Then see if you can get the information from previous accidents if there is of them crash dump files:

Unzip it and run it (BSV installs nothing) and let him complete the digitization of all your crash dump files.

Send the information of the last 5 memory dumps (if you don't have 5 memory dumps yet, send the newest, you have).
While you wait, please do try to be reasonably sure that your system is free of malware:
Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:

    You are better able to tell us if the problem is resolved.  Continue to run Malwarebytes about once a week.  If the BSOD ceased and MBAM does not show any other infection, you're probably good.

If you have already experienced with the driver of the card later and earlier versions, please try the driver beta for your card.

    2 in your list of drivers loaded, dtsoftbus01.sys figure who is the driver for Daemon Tools. Daemon Tools is a very popular cause of BSOD in 7/8 base systems. Please uninstall Daemon Tools. Alternative imaging programs are: MagicISO, Power ISO, etc.

    3 I see Tune Up Utilities is installed. What do you use? If you use it to clean the registry, STOP. Never clean the registry as it can and will cause corruption of the OS because the automated cleaning software is very careless.

    I work in Apex 4.0. I have a page based on a table with the following columns: borrower, amount, previous_dktnr, dktnr, subsequent_dktnr. The precious_dktnr is the dktnr , under which the loan has been funded in the past, before his support or refiancing. The subsequent_dktnr is the dktnr under which the loan is later identified. When a loan is refinanced, it is assigned a new dktnr a new record and the old dktnr is placed in the column of previous_dktnr of this new record, and the current dktnr is placed in the subsequent_dktnr of the previous record of dktnr column.

    I created two buttons, one for the previous_dktnr and the subsequent_dktnr. When I click on one of these keys, the action redirects to the current page and the value of the anterior or posterior dktnr in the dktnr element. This questions the record for the dktnr that has the same value as the previous or next dktnr.

    This method works. It allows the user to beat back between the two dktnr.

    We can assume then that if a non-base of data element have been created, say: P22_QUERY_DKTNR, you would be able to conclude an existing dktnr of this element and have a button with the same logic as the previous buttons and subsequent dktnr , who would be able to return the record to the entered dktnr .

    I tried this, and it does not work. Can someone tell me why it does not work?

    Make copies of your two pages within your workspace, page 3 & 4.

    It was that page do not have a value in the session containing the value of your Look_Up. I changed the button Search to submit the Page to understand the value of Look_Up and then added a new branch to the Page that has been sequenced before your existing branch. This new branch defines your P4_DKTNR with the value Look_Up and then returns your results.

    Machine started this last week.  The title is exactly what I get.  Windows update does not.  Stripper Macious tool will not install.

    Tried to install sp3 to see if that could fix the problem, but it would not install say could only install the most recent sp1.

  • can I create an EM 12 c database with the preconfigured repository database use, models on the basis of data Oracle 12 c

    The installation for EM 12 c document indicates "Install Oracle Database 11 g Release 2 (11.2.0.3) software on the host computer, where you want to create the database".  I want to use Oracle database 12 c.  Is there a template to preconfigure the repository on a database of 12 c?  Or is there a work around?

    I have developed a LabVIEW code using the toolkit OR database search to extract the data from the tiara. I formed queries for data extraction. But data recovery takes more time to retrieve the data.

    I have attached my image of LabVIEW code with this post. In what I circled the VI 'Waveform results', which is the VI toolkit database search that takes more time for extraction. My trial, application takes only a few milliseconds to run, but 'Results to Waveform.vi' takes about 35 seconds. I also want to run the same type of search for 5 times. In total, it will be taken approximately 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes for the execution.

    Is there another alternative way to do this research? Kindly help me to resolve this.

    Hi Nanda,

    If you want to extract all the data channel of each channel group you can use the channel group object type of result for the Query.vi to run instead of the channel.

    When you load the channels through its channels of content groups are treated as a unit and the loading process should be faster. Hope that helps.

  • Adding/changing of base points, data definitions

    I've got unifying 9.12 installed on my system to play with at the moment. I am logged on as ottbadmin and when I go to the company work space > Admin Mode > uDesigner > business process I can't do anything with them. The new button is grayed out so I can't create a new, I can't edit existing ones as the status button is grayed.

    Same problem with trying to add any cost new Codes under Enterprise workspace > Administrator Mode > Configuration of data Structure > data definitions. Have I completely missed something here? I even created a new user with access to everything that I called God Mode and still could not do everything above.

    You probably have your set server in Production mode, not staging Mode.

    Unifying Configurator, general tab, you must have the server set up for "staging".  If the value of Production, and then uDesigner feature will be disabled, even with the rights of God.

    As a general rule, you would have two separate servers, one in staging Mode and the other in Production Mode.  All uDesigner work would be done in the staging server and then imported into the Production Server.

    GetTodaysLin seems to return a collection of ArrayCollection, but text 'text' property should probably not be an ArrayCollection collection. You should probably populate an ArrayCollection collection in creationComplete and then to initialize the text control with myAC.getItemAt (currentItemNum), where currentItemNum is a uint variable, and then subsequently and buttons to change the text using currentItemNum ++ or currentItemNum.

    currentItemNum should be can be linked with [Bindable], and you will need to make sure that the currentItemNum is not < 0="" and="" is="" not=""> = myAC.length ().

    Yes, SOA Suite (10.1.3.x) is using its own scheme to store its data. This does not disturb the EBS.

    I asked Microsoft and they have no information about it. I tried two different computer cleaners in hopes that would help. I also deleted all the files that I think are unnecessary. I don't know what then. Help.
