  (7) tried another way to complete a new installation of Windows 7 starter x 86 emty C: drive and installed the drivers from the Sierra as well as the added value of Toshiba utility to support package and flash cards
  (8) tried 3rd party software to control the connection 3 G MWCONN (found here: www.MWconn.info)-the config.exe can activate the transmission for a few seconds using the function "device / network analysis / start". So I turn on the transmission temporarily but not permanent. AND - THERE IS A MEANS OF TRANSMISSION OF SWITCH ON BY MEANS OF THE SOFTWARE! - But HOW...! ?
