window focus problems

Hello fellow travelers... Since the update to 10.11.5 I have problems with windows does not come to the front when you click on to and does not come to be the focused window. No left or right mouse clicks don't work in the window. I have to close and reopen a window to make it sensitive. I also get error messages stating that the audio files cannot be changed because they are read-only. I read in the Infolog & right of authorization user and administrator. The files are on an external drive and were available in os 10.9.5. Any ideas?

See if start-up aid.

Stop your Mac. Start with the SHIFT key is pressed. This will start in Safe Mode, with all extensions turned off. Safe mode is slow to comlete, so give it time, he checks a lot of staff. If it works fine in Safe Mode, restart normally.

  • Window focus problem

Windows will be intermittent, for a period of approximately thirty seconds to several minutes, behave strangely.  It will be defocus on the current window.  I am able to change the focus to the window using alt - tab (it seems that all the keyboard commands operate normally for the duration of this issue.  If I then try and click on the window, I changed focus to the click will cause the window to lose focus.  No windows respond to the mouse clicks for the duration of this issue (including the Task Manager).  However, windows normally meet to keyboard entries.   Sometimes explorer.exe will not respond to mouse clicks and I'm unable to open the start menu by clicking on it, other times I'm able to open the start menu and focusing on a window in the taskbar but if I then try to click on the window it will immediately defocus.  The number ends with a sharp decline in the activity of the CPU (as seen in the Manager of tasks) and everything goes back to normal behavior.  I have encountered the problem when using a wide variety of input devices, and I think that the problem is not related to the material.  This issue has made some very difficult to use programs and has been very frustrating.  I hope that the information I have provided will help you diagnose my problem.

  • The Magic Trackpad 2 first plan window Focus problem

I had the strangest question with my Magic Trackpad 2 on El Capitan (10.11.3.) When I am in the window of one application and tap/click to another application window, application of the new window comes to the foreground, but the old app is still under discussion. So if I try a keypad at this stage or type text, is what actually performing in the old app and not the new foreground application.

For example, suppose that I open Safari and TextEdit and I am browsing a page in Safari. 50% of the time if I use my Magic Trackpad 2 to tap or click on in the document window empty TextEdit of Safari, TextEdit window will come in the home of prominent and Safari will be the background window, but if I start typing the text or press CMD - N to a new document, it will operate on Safari instead of TextEdit. This is just one example - literally, it happens with any application.

I messed with all: accessibility for the Trackpad, trackpad settings, settings etc. No background apps or mouse extension installed applications. Tried both wireless and connected via cable to the lightning. Magic Mouse does not appear to have this problem, Trackpad 2 only.

Anyone else having this problem? It drives me crazy and makes use of the Magic Trackpad 2 on OS X pretty useless.

I checked and found that my computer has stopped udating a couple of years. I tried to run Fixit MS that has not worked. Tried to reboot (BITS) and got ERROR 126 (module not found) I then followed the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2700567 on how to reset the Windows Update components. During the process, I have the following errors:

    Hello glockrow ;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

I read your post about windows update problems and wanted to help.

I would that be able to say that updating to Win10 was an exact science where we know exactly how he does it, and what it should - but the flooding of this and other instances of Win10 problem after that problem indicates that, at best, we are all guessing.

So, I think, from what I've read and done on my PC, is that you SHOULD be able to avoid the problem of missing updates by updating using Win10 created using this MS link media: 10 Windows Installer using the media - Windows help authoring tool

After you create the DVD or USB, NOT boot from it. Instead, insert it into your PC and, if it does not auto-start, right click on the file setup.exe and run it.

HOWEVER - and this is important - PC Win7 have a rate low success updated Win10 without problem - primariluy lack of OEM Win10 drivers.  Typical problems include display artifacts (to cause to be obliged to use the driver for the card of Microsoft Basic), not wireless and touchpad problems.  The drivers Microsoft provides have only the most basic features, with none of the extras that the HP drivers bring to the stage.

It is further complicated by the function Win10 GoBack, whereby you can return to your original operating system, being known to be unreliable. So when your upgrade machine malfunctioning, only then you discover that you cannot return the machine to work, that you had originally!

You can protect yourself against ending up with a damaged machine - seriously considering using a free third-party product that works for airport Imaging/restoration - Macrium Reflect.

Macrium reflect (MR) provides a FREE version that can be used to image and restore partitions or drives together.

What I recommend is the following:
    (1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
    (2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
    (3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key

NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.

So now you can recharge before with the upgrade, knowing that whatever happens, you will be able to return to your currently works in a few minutes.

    Good luck

  • Infinity focusing problem on my SX700

I always infinity focusing problems with my SX700.  I have the yellow box indicating that the image will be sweet if taken.  This happens on at least 1 other point cannon and shoot that I know.  I can focus to several hundred feet but not 10 000.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I am at my end and ready to jump ship to another manufacturer if I can't get to the bottom of this.  I never had this problem with my G-10.  Could this be a problem with extreme telephoto lens Canon point and shoot models?

I have a Canon PowerShot SX150is and a Canon PowerShot G12, and I get the same questions. Here's what I learned. The problem with any long zoom point and shoot at the tele end is the amount of contrast detection that occurs to allow the development. With shorter zooms, the atmosphere is less dense, but more zooms to detect the density of the air. This is particularly noticeable on days with higher humidity levels, but would not have noticed the days of low humidity very dry. So the blur warning you get. The camera is not getting enough contrast to narrow the focus. No matter what brand you use, if the camera uses contrast detect focus, it will be the result. Not all use contrast detect, so be sure to check before you choose "deserting a ship."

I would keep the ISO as low as possible, and if you can manually set the focus to infinity, it should help. But this has always been a sore spot with me on cameras Canon PowerShot with how long and complex manual focus is. Hope this helps you understand what may be the problem you are experiencing.

original title: Active window color problem

By right-clicking: Desktop, then click on: personalization / window color and appearance / settings (Advanced) appearance, Windows user can assign a background color of the active window in any application.  This is useful for those of us who don't want a stark white screen; We can assign a mild pastel tint which may be easier on the eyes for long term sessions.

KB3138612 would be the last for a manual installation

    The first would actually KB3145739

After that you manually install you KB3153199

I would also like to before doing this,

Be sure and go to uninstall a program and see which Microsoft Net framework you have installed.

  • After the last updates of windows have problems with start up and now drivers

    Hello

After the last updates of windows have problems with start up and now drivers. I get an error code 21 when I try to install the drivers AMD apparently missing.

May 14, last night I had several (automatically) downloaded windows update

Today, I was unable to boot my computer with Windows - tried the disk check, start checks etc, and eventually had to use System Restore (for help before the critical update to restore).

Perfection, everything works, but knowing that windows will attempt to redo an automatic update, tried to check online - no one seemed to have a problem and (naivly) thinking I could always do another restore of the system, I rebooted again.

Same thing worse. Could not do a sys restore either just before restarting or last night. Chose a date earlier (last week) but then lost the USB drivers and pilots display. Downloaded updated but refuses to let my AMD driver install Windows I have a very unpleasant screen... and I must now stop the installation of this update "critical."

Would appreciate advice how do my installed display driver or whether anyone else has problems following this update

    Thank you
