Windows 10 AlienFX unable to switch fast profiles
Minor problem after update to Windows 10 - the Alienware AlienFX program is no longer able to make the quick switch of color profiles in the right click menu of the system tray. Changing profiles directly through the main application user interface works very well.

It seems that there may be some differences between Win7 and Win10 authorization, but do not know what would need to be updated to fix this. Are there plans for an update of the application itself to support Win10? No help from Dell or Microsoft, I found the problem here. This is related to the thread here: You don't have to do the full procedure, described in the post, just the steps for disabling OneDrive and add you to the list of permissions for the folder.
